The man selling this was not up to par and didn't have his stuff together. I spend my lunch hour waiting on paper work. I will not be get any u hauls from there again.

ANDRA W.I reserved over the phone. No one told me I would have to spend an hour of my reservation trying to get the vehicle through pics and codes and log ins. I will personally never use a site without a person and counter again!! I also called in to let someone know i lost one of my two hours and then she lied to me when I asked her if it was going to cost me to be late, as I was, because my moving team had to adjust, and then sure enough I got charged for 2 two hour periods!!! I have always moved with uhaul and this experience has me questioning my next move which I have to do in just a few weeks.
