First of all i had my appointment at 10am ! No one was available at the office to help us out or at least to guide us in the right direction! we ended up waiting an exact hour to pick up the rental truck and delayed my appointment to meet up with my landlord down the hill which is an hour away where i moved to, to fill out my paperwork work to move in and mind you this is my first time using a moving truck so this was a very bad experience to begin with ! Then we find out that we could get a specific code number to open the box to get the key for the truck online through a website but turns out that the website didnt so when we got the help an hour later onsite at the office when they came back from lunch , they actually had the key in the office and it wasn't even in the box to get ! The next day to turn in the truck, there was no one in the office once again to assist me with returning the truck! This was just the worst experience ever with this company! Took too much time away ! I arrived down the hill an hour before the furniture store would close and to be able to pick up my furniture on time which was very stressful! And still needed to make it back up the hill which we arrived at 12am midnight! This move should of been much smoother than this ! At least with some employees onsite to assist us ! It was just the run around waiting for them to get back ! It was not worth paying the amount i did for this service which i wont be coming back again !

Ensure that the truck is clean and smell good before renting it out. The truck had a horrible stench and we had to drive 6 hours inhaling a catfish type foul smell for over 300 miles.

The truck was empty with no gas in it, and the inside of the UHaul was dirty I had to sweep it out before I could use it. There was BLOOD ALL UP AND DOWN THE RAMP! DISGUSTING WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THESE TRUCKS! Lady at the location says they do not do anything to the trucks. This location should not be renting trucks! They just pass it on to the next person dirty and unsafe to use especially with BLOOD on the ramp! Reporting to the health department this should NOT be happening.

Battery died and was stuck for over an hr. It only took me 20mins to load all my stuff to the truck. The battery died during that time. Roadside assistance was so so so slow and hard to get connected to. It took 1hr from reporting to finally getting answer that dispatch was on the way which would take another 60-90mins. Luckily, there was a good Samaritan with jumper cable and started the engine. Horrible experience.

Had my bank card locked for 2 days after renting the uhal, when moving you need money to do things so this was very problematic. I'll rent else where next time.

Give accurate info on where to pick up, time as well as where to drop off. Everything that was told to me was inaccurate and false.

The uhaul could have been Wiped down or spray with something it smelled like pet urine I did disinfect the vehicle before I drove away. When I received the address it was for a different location. So I have to figure out where the right location was on my own which is fine but the address that was set had me running later than I planned.

The problem with this location is it is not a U-Haul representative it is a storage yard employee and they do not want to go outside of their little box if you have an issue you need to call you all direct but they still won't believe what become the phone until you all update your system I would highly recommend if you need you all you find a actual u-haul center or neighborhood center or somewhere that is dedicated to U-Haul I've tried multiple locations that are drug stores or storage yard short where U-Haul is not the primary business and it seems like there is no consistency
