Very dirty windshield was the only thing about clean equipment. The key Uhaul person was not there at the scheduled pickup time and I was required to wait at least 30 minutes. Returning went a little smoother, but then I was overcharged. Tracy in marketing was fantastic in helping me with my initial reservation and also with fixing Fox Run's mistakes.

The inside and bed of truck hasn't been cleaned at all. It was dirty and muddy on the inside. It was a huge hassle to get my truck because they gave my truck away even though I reserved 7 days in advance. They asked me to take a van instead but I was uncomfortable with the height. I had to drive around to find a truck I could rent. It was a big hassle and took a long time to figure out what I was going to do.

The internet was down at the location and I had to do the agreement over the phone with the regional manager. I never received a contract that was supposed to be emailed to me until in Canada I discovered my email address was wrong. We were in an accident in Canada and I'm finding out that he did not apply the insurance I requested. So, our experience dealing with anchorage/Palmer Uhaul was/is hell! Now that I am where there are more choices for moving trucks I will not use Uhaul again.

Process my turn in and not charge me an extra 440 dollars. I turned it in the day I was supposed to. Now I am supposed to wait until this gets resolved and in the meantime I am out over 400 dollars

No fault on side of the business. However, again the experience with uhaul was poor. They changed my drop-off location without proper notification so I had to call the 800 number and was provided with an incorrect address which resulted in added 30 miles to the trip. Overall experience was very poor.

I drove from Alaska to Colorado Springs with the U-Haul and car trailer. U-Haul has very good equipment. It was a very good experience with the U-Haul equipment

Was charged for safe moving insurance ($168.00) and I didn't even know it was offered. Was never told about it and was not offered it...It just showed up on my charges. Angry >:(~ and feeling like I was financially taken advantage of.

Clean the truck before it is rented back out. The truck was so filthy with mud inside all over the cab that we were afraid of where to sit. When I told the rental place that I was not cleaning up this mess because we had received the truck with the mess I was told that it had been rented for 4 months by a construction company. No excuse!

I was charged the 14.00 safemove coverage when I did not want it and drove the vehicle, round trip, less than 15 miles. When I asked the woman at the desk regarding the charge she proceeded to tell me, "unless you own the hospital down the street or something and have a check book for the amount needed if you get in a car wreck, you're getting charged the insurance fee". This is the third time I've rented a uhaul, the two other rental places have never charged me for something I did not want and never talked to me in such a condescending manner either. I will definitely not be going back.

The 14' truck I reserved 3 weeks prior was not available because the previous renter did not return it. I could not get the replacement 26' truck within 100 feet of my storage room. So I had to hump all the contents back and forth. How about a $500 fine to those inconsiderate baffoons who will not return trucks on time? Split the $500 with the inconvenienced customer like me. I returned my truck 1 hour early, clean and fueled up for the next customer.

the guy wanted me to wash the truck that had a little road snow on the front corners of the cab he was going to charge me 29.00 plus time and mileage.the cab had three little pebbles on the floor and he made me sweep it out. VERY RUDE... NEVER RENTING FROM HIM AGAIN

The man who rented the uhaul to me was a complete jerk. He was belittling, demeaning, and spoke to me like I was completely incompetent. He justified the way he was speaking to me by saying that most Americans can't understand beyond the eighth grade level anyway so to make sure people understand him he talks to everyone that way.

The guy over charged me. Told me to have the truck back by 2pm or I would be charge another day. I had the truck back by 130pm get my bill and he put down that I didn't get the truck back there until 4pm, so I was charge for another day that I didn't need or use.

The location I originally reserved on line did not have my truck and nor could she get through to trafficking to locate me another truck. I requested she call another local company which she did and located my exact order from Desi at Fox Run. Desi was quick, courteous and professional. Thanks to Desi at Fox Run I would use U-Haul again.

I returned the rental in the same condition as when I rented it. I had swept out the bed and the guy didn't think it had been cleaned and called me a liar when I indicated it had been cleaned. He was very rude to me and my wife. (we are senior citizens and both are severely handicapped).

I stood there waiting for 20 minutes as the guy who runs Fox Run/U-haul in Palmer, AK talked to his brother in law about a motorcycle for sale on Craigslist. That other guy was going to drive a U-haul truck down to Anchorage to look at it. It made me wonder if he was going charge himself the .59 cents per mile for the 40 mile trip. When he finally had the time to deal with me he came across as lazy, incompetent, and arrogantly condescending. He used profanities in front of my young children while displaying a Jehovah's Witness Bible on his desk. Another guest came in, a European in an motor home, the guy was rude to him as well. To top it off I was overcharged by $40 and he denies any knowledge of it. Maybe I'm just stressed from my move but the customer service the guy displayed was definitely sub par.

The uhaul used wayyyy more gas than was supposed to. They charged me out the ass when i left it low on gas because i had used all my money in gas to get deom point a to point b. bullshit!

Still doesn't solve the problem that we were suppose to pick up a van at 9:00 at Fred Holt's place and one wasn't available and I wasn't able to pick this one up until after 10:00. The reservation system of UHaul is terrible as there is no guarantee that a vehicle will be there when and where you reserve one. Run Lodge needed to plow his road.
