James VThey were great when I called last minute. I try to shop local so picked this one. I thought I had returned the tank with the same amount of gas as I received it but it was like communicating with a robot. I won't go back.
Christopher MI had the best experience picking up the U-Haul from this location! The truck was clean and in great running condition. The service representative was friendly and courteous when I went to go pick up the truck and on the phone when I had some questions. I would definitely recommend this U-Haul location! 5 stars for sure!

Sharon SIt was very easy. We went through the website and reserved the truck and so everything was very quick at Frank Coffey Annex. They had supplies that we had forgotten and could purchase so we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent from here again.
Kevin WUsually the trucks we get from here are in decent condition. This truck was not. Didn't shift into gear properly and was tougher to steer. Window needed cleaned too.

Charlene PHad to change the reservation at the store because vans are not able to be used in one way reservations. The person at the store that changed the reservation did not listen to where I wanted to return and listed a return location 55 miles away from my home when there is a location 2 miles from me. Doesn't make any logical sense. I was charged an $81 fee for returning the truck close to my home. No way I am driving two hours out of my way and paying for 55 additional miles and more gas. I am fighting to get my money back!!

Louis PThe windshield was filthy, but not on the outside… it was as though someone had sneezed. The location was okay, however, the online process that was supposed to only take 10 minutes took almost an hour. Customer service from U-Haul was horrible. The verification could have been done prior to picking up the vehicle making things run quicker and smoother. Their process is slow and time consuming. I don't recommend using.
Eric CCargo door was stuck open before we even left. Someone came out to shut it and stated not to let the door go all the way up and it should be fine. Door got stuck many more times throughout the day. Had to drop the truck off with the door left open because it was stuck open and could not close it. Seatbelt on drivers side was stuck and did not work properly. Transmission was slipping while driving truck. Horrible experience.
Kimberly TThe truck was immaculately clean. Not a single water spot on the mirrors, etc. When I arrived at my destination 500+ miles away, my friends asked if I went through a car wash!
