ken mI have no complaints. The facility and the vehicle were clean and well maintained. The service was excellent. They even have an agreement to leave cars in the lot next door if needed. Very friendly and helpful - I would definitely recommend!
Kristin FMy reservation was not available when I went to pick it up. However, an agent helped me although I had to take a smaller van instead of a truck. I believe, in accordance with your offer, I should be receiving a $50 credit for not having the vehicle I reserved. Please advise, as I rent a lot from Uhaul and have another one planned for tomorrow.

Gregory KIt was a pleasure dealing with Ken at Franklin Auto Care. He couldn't have been nicer. I was kind of surprised how the truck seemed to struggle on small inclines on the highway. Also the gas mileage seemed poor - (I only drove 61 miles and it took more than 10 gallons to refill). One other thing I noticed was that the rear lift door would drip rusty water from the hinges onto the cargo when it was opened. Unfortunately I didn't notice until after I noticed the rust stain on my light colored couch. Just something to beware of if it is raining on your moving day

laura cThis location was excellent but inconvenient for me to get to due to constant in-town traffic. I will recommend this location and will definitely come back but there is a U Haul within 1 mile from my house that never has trailers. You need to have more auto transport trailers available at other locations.
