The customer service was above and beyond. I had trouble with the app and it was taken care of over the phone while I waited. I forgot to check the mileage before dropping the keys but no worries because that was taken care of personally as well! I was given a personal phone number for any trouble I might have.

this was the best Uhaul rental experience I have had and this was my second Uhaul rental in a week. The other location struggled, had to put air in the tire in order for us to drive it, took 30 min to check out. This was one was fast, easy and he really was very friendly!

Have a phone number that actually works. I was on hold for 38 minutes with Customer Service and finally just gave up. This has been a horrible experience and will definitely be my last!

I had a reservation to pick up my auto transport in Lynchburg, VA, at the Timberlakeroad location. The reservation was made about 1 month prior to the pickup date. The week prior to my pickup, I confirmed that everything was good with my reservation through email with a u-haul representative. The day prior to my pickup, I received confirmation of my pickup location at the Timberlake road store. The morning of my pickup, I did the online check-in. Everything still good. I opted to pay for the trailer on returning it as opposed to paying at pickup. I get to the uhaul place at the 1000 time that I was instructed and was told they had nothing for me, and that I shouldn't have even been given a reservation. The representative made some calls and found a trailer I could use, however it was an hour away in Roanoke, VA. I was living in Lynch Station, VA, and had already driven 35-40 minutes to get to Lynchburg. So now I was being told I had to drive an additional hour to get the trailer. They took 100,00 $ off the bill for my "troubles." The "pickup location" in Roanoke was a gas station with one box truck in front and the trailer detached behind it. The clerk inside didn't have a driver's license and asked me to move the truck for him so I could get to the trailer. The trailers driver side lights/turn signal were missing or not working. I informed the rep. Because of all this, I had to push my departure date for traveling back 24 hours. I am military and needed the trailer for a one-way trip to El Paso, TX. Upon returning the equipment, I was informed by the rep in El Paso that I couldn't get my military discount because my card had already been charged for the amount. I am so frustrated over this. I would very much like to recieve the military discount, especially with this experience my family and I went through.

Sai was very friendly and helpful when I picked up my truck. He was the only person I dealt with throughout my move with uhaul that was friendly and kind to me. The workers at the Williamson and Hershberger Road locations were terrible.

The store owner/manager Thomas was very dedicated to ensure we get our truck on time. However, he did not have accessories on site, such as pad and dollies.

The clerk met us at the gas pump to make sure we had had a good experience. He checked over the vehicle while we pumped gas and we were out in a flash. He did an AWESOME job. Convenient location and a great job with knowing what to do!

this is a very small location located at a gas station. However, the people I dealt with were helpful and the equipment was clean and ready to go.

I reserved moving blankets and an appliance dolly, only to find this location doesn't keep them. I drove to a 2nd Uhaul location and I got some moving blankets, but they had no dolly either.

Very disappointed in the Customer Service. When we could not fill the gas tank because of the pipeline issues and all of the gas facilities within a 5 mile radius (including the station attached to this Uhaul location!) were out of gas., we asked for consideration and that the replacement fuel be billed to us at cost instead of the penalty cost - the attendant would not even consider it.

This location helped me get a u-haul but I had to drive an hour to get here because my original location cancelled on me at 8:30 the night before messing up the whole day and help I had arranged to help move.

New location.It was a Citco gas station. No U Haul vehicles there or any indication that is was a U Haul location. They did not give me a receipt showing that I did drop it off on 3/16/2021. Very unprofessional.

Initially the personnel at this location were not going to accept my UHaul trailer. I showed them that their location had been a valid drop-off point and then they accepted it.
