Britney CCall number provided for U-Haul drop location, was informed that it could be dropped at any location since the previous location wasn't available. Was later charged for location drop off not being the correct one

Kathy BI was charged 20 bucks for a person to check me out. Place closed when I got there in the middle of the day. Plus somehow i was routed past 4 other drop off locations closer to me.
jack wThere was an issue that came up at rental that I think U-Haul can improve with. The Center's system was not able to quickly and easily display where the proposed drop off point was located, how far it was and how long it would take. The system gave an alternative drop off location and gave credit for it, which is great; but we couldn't determine if it was worth it. The center said we'd have to do all the research. The system should permit this to be a 'no brainer' decision. Because of this, it took almost a half-hour longer to check out the vehicle. Other than this issue, everything was great throughout the process.
Alfredo GHave more smaller trucks available...I had to drive to the next town to because the 10 ft. Truck was only available there...I really wanted the cargo van or the smaller truck...and they are never available when I need one

Sean AI dropped my truck off on Wednesday after closing and forgot to take the pad lock off because I was exhausted. I did not hear from this location until mid morning Friday AFTER I had left to work 45 mins away. I was charged for a day in which the truck could not even be rented to someone else. 10/10 do not recommend.

Tracy CThe truck was worn out! The transmission would never change out of low gear. I went about 35 miles and used a 1/4 of a tank of gas. The location I rented from was really nice people.

Arthur MOwner was very helpful. Their location is spotless He backed up, parked, and detached the trailer for me. He was also kind enough to supply a broom and mop allowing us to avoid a cleaning fee…. filling and emptying the mop bucket for me.

KIM JU-Haul must tell you that you can't do mobile check in. I filled out the form, took photos and left. The place I got it from made me return to fill out contract manually. If it wasn't for U-Haul being the only game in town I would not rent from their arrogance.
