First the vehicle was supposed to be picked up in Fenelon Falls, then we were told it had to be picked up in the Peterborough area. We were told that there would be a discount on the milage rate for the inconvenience. There was no discount on the final bill. The vehicle had mechanical issues and wasn't safe to drive. It was returned a day early and we were told we would not be charged for the second day. After the vehicle was returned we received phone calls from the towing company as to where the keys were. All in all this has been the worst experience with Uhaul we've ever had!
Camron MContracted auto transporter out of Peterborough location for 9am, previous customer had not yet returned. Peterborough office searched and located another at the Fraserville location. Only to find the representative wasn't there but would be returning shortly to a computer that couldn't access the home site. After many phone calls everything got organized and I was on my way 3 hours late.
Barry JToo many things to go into here but not helpful would describe every aspect of the rental.
