No one was arround to except trailer on this day, however the security guard assisted with self check in process. I would not have been as dissappointed if I had not been told a trained U-Haul severcie provider would be available for disconect and check in. An untrained security guard is not a trained severice provider.

It was a difficult task to try to get access to the truck. The fact that there was no attendant weighed heavily on this. Cell hone coverage in that area is poor at best. You need someone there to dispatch the truck!

Improve the app/web browser. It skipped half the steps, never saw the pics nor the milage and gas to compare. Better service for key location and password. Had to call in to find the key, and the doors were unlocked.

VERY unprofessional. The place was covered in political banners and the employees were ick. I felt extremely uncomfortable picking up my equipment from them, and would NEVER recommend this location to anyone ever ever again.

The office is a ohmage to trump and he has a podcast studio in it. In my opinion he is planning another attempt to overthrow the government. Plus there was no room in the parking lot for the equipment.

When we were charged twice they immediately corrected the situation. They were accommodating for return date of the truck. Would recommend them for your moving needs.

Again, trouble with the website in trying to "return" the trailer; it wanted to rent me another one. The staff member I spoke to stated he would take care of it and he did, sending me a confirmation e-mail. In general, U-Haul staff are great, the U-Haul website needs work.

Dropped off a day early and earlier in the morning before they were opened. Called help line to get the drop off moved closer and they were great help. Looks like all billing is good. Great experience.

The owner is selling Trump apparel, podcasting out of the office space, working out (there is a weight bench) and selling really strange items. This was not the location I selected to pickup my vehicle from and the vehicle was not in the condition the pictures taken showed. The interior was dirty, the exterior had damage not shown when I reviewed and had to upload numerous photos of existing damage.

We had excellent service from beginning to end. They didn't have a 15 ft truck so they gave us a 20 ft truck at the same cost. They even gave us a truck with a full tank of gas. It was a great experience and made my transition go well.

Jim has always been such a pleasure to work with. We have rented several U-Haul trucks and have had storage since since February. The facility is monitored, always felt safe, is extremely clean, never seen a rodent so I believe he has his facility well maintained and pest inspected. We have not opened our storage unit since February and there was not a single issue with our belongings.

Outstanding! customer service and immaculately maintained. Jim, the owner, couldn't have been any nicer and HONEST to the core. When I first secured a unit, the only available unit was actually larger than what my needs were, but Jim assured me that when a unit more aligned with my needs became available, he would come bract me. And, sure enough!-he did! He's the best!

Truck box was damaged on the inside and the previous user tried to hide it, as it was not noticeable when we were loading the truck. However, when we were unloading the truck much of our belongings had water damage as it had rained during our travels.

uHaul called and told me that the 10 foot truck was not available, and said I would have to take a 15 foot (Made my reservation over three weeks before). When I got to Carlisle, they had a 10 foot. He updated everything, it was quick, Jim was awesome, and I got the right sized truck for what I needed!

A relative referred me to this facility and so glad they did. When sons helped me move in and out, they said if it were more convenient to their homes, they'd switch their storage. We loved the use of an app to enter and exit, kiosk available to purchase lock, automatic payments, and well maintained drive areas. Also appreciated the fact the storage entrances were raised slightly above ground level to prevent water from running into the units. Thank you to Jim for the great service! I will certainly recommend you to anyone looking for storage.

The website says if your reservation isn't ready when you arrive, you get $50. Ours wasn't ready for 20 minutes after our reservation and we got nothing.

B A D service from pleasantville, Iowa. Reserved 15 foot truck 2 weeks before I needed it. 2 days before pick up they called and told me they only had a 10 foot for me. THE DAY OF MOVE, I was told they didn't even have to 10 foot for me. AWEFUL SERVICE IN PLEASANTVILLE IOWA. I will never use them again.

I was required to drive 20 minutes out of my way to drop off the vehicle versus driving 2 minutes away for the location I had chosen during the reserving process. I was told this was due to the chosen location hosting too many vehicles. This not only cost me time, but additional money for gas. Again, the poorest form of customer service. Uhaul -- if this is the case, please consider picking up the vehicle yourself from the customer...
