The Lady that helped me was very intelligent and helped me with what I needed we need more people like her who takes care of customers needs experience was great.

shannon wThe location was not great. The truck literally had shattered glass all in the cracks and crevices and a bullet. However, the lady that checked us in and out and AMAZING! She was friendly and helpful and gave us EXCEPTIONAL customer service!

Sara RDid not inform us of what the mileage limit was, told us to drop off the truck on Monday and we rented it out on Thursday, we get to the drop off location and it was noted for a one day rental and we ended up paying almost $300 more than expected!
Jeremy FTruck was on E I also had to clean the inside of the uhaul before moving the person that had it before me left so much trash.

eunice mThe lady that helped me I believe her name was Connie was rude she told me the place open @ 9 am when I arrived there @ 9:20 for a 9:30 appointment it was a out to the bank and post office sign in the window I called and she got very rude with me telling me that she have other obligations because she also run the storage,when I brought the rental back she saw me parked in the parking lot getting out of my car and she drove off with a out to lunch sign in the window @12:25 pm she has the worst customer service ethics that I have in counter this was the worst uhaul experience that I have had since I have been using your service in over 25 years I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy Yours truly Menecia Brewster
Menecia BEmployee was not friendly and didn't make us feel welcomed.
Yerania LCustomer service was very unprofessional. He was very short as if he didn't want to be bothered. He said he asked if I wanted insurance but I didn't answer so he added it on. He also stated he went over the condition of the truck, which he didn't. He was very nasty.

GARY GPoor customer interaction upon check out. Miscommunication of amount owed. When we walked out to discuss with 800 Customer Care a lunch sign was placed and they were closed. After talking with another customer for an hour, while we waited; finally someone appeared in the back and the young man said, I'm the only one working today you have to hold on. Ten minutes later, they finally opened and the original two people were back in there. I believe the poor customer service was due to price/rental discrepancy.
JAMES TThere was only 1/4 of tank of gas at pick up. I think there should have been more gas in the tank. Very inconvenient.

I was worried about asking in the first place because I have had bad experiences with U-Haul in the past when it came to situations like this. So, Thanks!!!
SAM PMake sure the back part of the truck is clean. I mopped the back of the truck after seeing dirt on my couches. Still was charged a cleaning fee. Return the truck late called to let them know was in traffic person that took call did not note my account, and I was charged as if I brought it back the next day at 9am. They send emails that they are not sure if you get. They should call before taking more funds off someone's card. Will not use this location again.

BRIDGET RThe truck needs serious maintenance. The front end has such a wobble that it was hard to drive. I don't think this truck is safe to drive.
