Susan was very very helpful and patience as I figured out my storage situation for my antique vehicles. I have used this facility once before under different management. I have been extremely happy with both managers!!!!

My only complaint is that I paid for the unit until the 15th, notified you on the 1st, and for some reason you charged me $25.

They charge you $25 to clean storage after it’s already clean and they charge you another $25 for not letting them know within 10 days that you’re closing the storage even though you still Have another week or two on your lease

Over $10k of my personal belongings were destroyed by a mouse infestation which was caused by poor maintenance. The facility was horrendously disgusting and poorly cleaned. In addition, I was charged a cleaning fee on top of the property damage. I will be bringing this matter to court unless immediately rectified.

We hit a little snag with our passcode not working, but the manager was super friendly and quickly fixed the problem. It's easy access to the storage unit and everything was clean!

Code was changed a few times without our knowledge. Mice were in unit. Difficult to communicate through compony answering phone. I do not recommend this facility.

Met with the owner. Great person, was knowledgeable, and looking forward to staying a long time. The facility was easy to get to and had a lot of room to move our trailer with ease. Very pleased.

Great place but our storage unit door is difficult to open/close, also the lock pin is difficult to line up gets stuck, making it difficult to put our lock on. The facility is nice though is secure.
