The inside of the trucks floor was dirty, the office so e was in the back of a mechanic shop that we had to step over equipment to get to, the lady at the desk was extremely rude. I was charged a cleaning fee even though no one sat in the passenger seat and the floor was dirty when I got the truck

ROY UAfter using the vehicle for a couple of hours to move goods in cardboard boxes from my home to a storage unit 2 miles away, I was charged a $50 "cleaning" fee. Of course I have filed a dispute. The advertising on the side of the truck, which says "$19,95 a day" is intended to mislead and is very successful at its intended purpose. I was charged more than $100. Avoid.

Eduardo LI drove 104 miles to pick up the rental and was about 15 or 20 minutes late. The person in charge was not in, she went to get coffee. when she completed the transaction she handed me the keys and said we have a lot of trucks so your just going to have to look for it by the number. The total gas of the truck marked was incorrect, when pointed out to her she marked on the same paper with a pen which looked like I could have done it myself. I hope I never have to rent from this location again. So much more to say but don't want to type it all out.

Steven KThey helped me get the truck I needed, worked efficiently to get me processed and on my way. I didn't like backing up into the street to clear the fences and having to watch out for traffic with the limited visibility. I would have preferred the truck was parked so that I could just away forward.
Reuben GNo area is a bad area also door was broken on back of uhaul and had to find help to open back of truck to get my things out in tx not happy with the truck and problems I had getting truck as well

Donald PThe gas had been siphoned and the hose was still hanging out of the tank. It took an hour to get the app to work. I was dropped out of it for some reason. This location is closed on the weekends so there was no counter help.

NIKKI BI waited two weeks with a hold on my credit/debit card for the truck to be returned in the system. While the people at corporate helpline were courteous and helpful, they could not release the hold. The franchisee is inept, lazy or some combination of both. I will never use this location again and intend to warn anyone else looking to rent equipment never to use them either.

TIMOTHY PThere are 2 locations on the same street. My reservation had one address but they didn't have it there and sent me to the other location. Who said I was at the wrong location when I showed him my reservation, thankfully he asked and they had it. When I tried to return the truck after hours, it wouldn't allow it - said I wasn't at location. I received a call on Sat asking if I had returned it, which was concerning. Being military, we've used uhaul a few times. We will continue to use it but this definitely caused some confusion.
Greisa SI was sent over to this location after the other location in mojave refused to help me even though their hours of operations was open until 5 and I was trying to return my rental at 3:30 pm. Lady told me that she was closed regardless of what the hours were, refused to help me altogether. Not the smog places fault as they were closed and not involved, but I will never return anything in mojave again, I'd rather spend more money and return in Tehachapi or Lancaster. Just all around very unhappy with mojave storage location.
Aaron EPlace was closed on a Saturday afternoon. The gate was shut and locked and there were no staff inside the gated area. There was a vacant dirt lot across the street from the office and it looked like it had just been plowed. There were several U-Haul trucks and trailers in the vacant lot, which was unfenced, so after talking to the office in Las Vegas where I picked up the trailer they said it to simply leave it there.
