Phone/app check in would be ideal IF there was guest WiFi to use for access. I was going to pick up after hours but worried I wouldn't have access. Good thing I went early or I wouldn't have gotten the truck because it's a dead zone there for cell phones.Tracy B.

First of all, I was not able to pick up my UHAUL at the origianlly specified time because either the people at this location failed to set up the 24/7 pickup, or UHAUL did not instruct them to do so, even though I had reserved my equipment almost 2 weeks in advance. So I ended up spending 2 hours driving for nothing because there was no one there and I couldn't access my key. Then, the next morning when I went to pick it up again, they were 30 minutes late getting there and made poor excuses for what had happened the night before, and seemed very unorganized. The vehicle was very muddy in the front and the photos of the quality of the equipment were not up to date.EMMA P.

I found the people at this location to be very friendly. They did send me my receipt, but it would have been helpful for them to state out loud what the actual amount was, since I was standing right there.PETER S.
