I was having issues receiving the text messages to upload my ID. My email link was having issues process. The blunt manner in which the manager stated" You can't rent with us without an ID" was a bit much. I know dude, I am working on it. Soften your tone some.

I was very disappointed in this service. I had my own ball for the hitch. The nut was rusted on the stud and the service person proceeded to remove the nut instead of loosening with WD40 and working it on and off. He took the stud over to the grinder with wire brush and removed the threads and said it was stripped. I had to buy a new ball at a parts house quite a was away. I came back and had to hook up my own trailer. I don't know if it is company's policy not to refund for half days, but I returned the 6 x 12 trailer in four hours and was told there was to be no refund for a full paid day. I am about to move home locations. I will not go back to this location. Thank you

When I arrived the equipment I requested was not in the back of the truck I rented, the shop was closed on that Saturday. I had to drive to find a location that had the equipment I ordered. It was a poor experience.

Everyone was mice there but it's been a week and I still have pending charges that has been totaled and has been cleared for the total use of the truck. With them pending charges my account is showing me to be over drawn. Why have them others not been cleared

I think if the customer gets the equipment back in half the time it was suppose to be they should not get charged for it. Also I think the mileage should have been checked not where we are charged for more then what was put on. The guy who took the keys never even went out to see how many miles were put on and I still got charged for what I thought I might put on.

Management & customer service were very rude & unprofessional It seemed as if they had personal conflict between management & staff which in turn were very rude to customer not friendly at all & when we try to explain the problem we had with the tire & how dangerous it was it was like oh well. like our safety while in the rental was no concern to them. they did not even say thank you or have a nice day.

Location was convenient, however the uhaul.com/share location did not give me the option to do a mobile check-in as I was returning the equipment after hours. I called the Uhaul Service Center for guidance and they suggested following the on-screen instructions (3 steps to do a manual return, which I did). I did receive a confirmation of return on Monday Morning (I returned the equipment Saturday afternoon with no additional charges. However, it would have been better if I could have completed the return via my mobile device as I have done int he past with other rentals. Again, this is not specific to the returning location as it was a very nice location.

When we ordered our Uhaul, the pick up location asked us how long we’d have it. We told her we’d have it until Friday night, likely into the late hours. She said okay and then “friendly” auto centers called us and were extremely rude and made us return the truck before 11:59 Friday evening because “they had another rental” and “needed” the truck. Not only was it completely unnecessary it was extremely stressful having to remove all of our items from the uhaul and not to mention THEY CHARGED US AN EXTRA DAY. Extremely angry and extremely disappointed/ dissatisfied.

The GPS wouldn't recognize that I was at the location, it took 15 minutes to get verified, and there was no key in the lockbox. I had to go to another location and was 30 minutes late to the move with 15 people waiting for me. I got no discount on the rental either. I will not be using UHaul again.

We started at the U-Haul location closest to our home (2947 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85213), but found they'd given away the trailer we'd reserved to another customer, when we'd confirmed our reservation by phone less than an hour earlier (the reservation was made earlier in the week). The guys at Friendly saved the day by getting us the trailer we needed, and even gave us a price break for the inconvenience caused by the other location.

U-Haul center charged me for a FOUR day rental and should have only been a THREE day rental. The U-Haul center I rented from has still not called me back regarding this extra charge, after I spoke to corporate 1 or 2 days ago..
