People at the Friendly Mart were nice, but they did not have any items like a dolly, moving pads or even straps for the truck that I had already paid for on the online check-in. Waiting on the credit to post on my card now. Thankfully there was a Dollar General across the street to get some rope and straps to hold down the furniture we were picking up to move. While that was taken care of, after picking up our items and almost a mile down the road, the engine light came on and I kept a constant eye on the oil gage as it was running higher than normal. Thankfully the truck made it the 2,5 hours I had to drive it to get home.

Basically got threatened over the phone that I would be charged if I didn't return and give her my credit card number. I wanted contactless drop off and the lady said that wasn't allowed. Horrible service and she was very rude. UHaul needs to pull the contract from here big time.

Store was very friendly and give me excellent customer service. I would recommend anyone to rent from Friendly Food Mart.

Make sure the people know what they are during, we had to start over 3 times,then they had to call someone to help them

Don't seem to know what they are doing. Tried to charge me for fuel even though the tank was full because they were looking at the battery charge gauge. Had a 5 miles over allotted amount, no big deal, but charged me 2 $and then I get a credit card charge for 2 $. No big deal over 2 $but they seemed disorganized and shady.l

We rented a uhaul truck from freindly food Mart in woodbine KY could've asked for better service they where an very helpful I really appreciated there willingness to take the time for us means alot I would recommend them to anyone good ppl great service thanks for your services
