Dan BFor a first time uhaul customer, the pick up instructions good, but took a minute considering all the other things involved in moving so getting the instructions with that in mind would be helpful.

beverly fMy 8 am rental was blocked and we couldn't get the truck. Location didn't open until 10am and customer service - scheduling unit couldn't help until 930a. While they were switching the rental 2 teenage workers arrived and didn't not greet us or offer to assist us. Better to spend your money at a location who wants it.

Cornelut RThe owner was there and annoyed with an employee over a "key" situation. He was very short and not personable at all. The employee who hooked up the trailer didn't look over the trailer(check lights or for damages) prior to just sending me in my way. I rent trailers multiple times a month and will not be using this location again.

Pacifique UI just need for someone from your end to confirm that my blankets reservation is closed out. Although I returned the 24 blankets with the truck last night, which are captured in the required photographs, I was not able to close them out online through your U-Haul ap, because they were rented under a separate contract number. Ronald CWe rented this truck to take a lot of wedding items to our sons wedding and the helpers accidentally put some boxes of large games and signs, not knowing we weren't keeping the truck to take things back. When I called the next morning, they said that they had thrown away the items. I wished that they could have at least called me to ask about these things before they went and threw them away. I know that is going the extra step but it would have been nice since I went back up there on Monday to get my lock and the bag to another game. That would have been perfect if they had notified me.
