$1 per mile? Seriously? The gov per diem rate for us military members is more than half that. I won't rent again and I'll tell friends to avoid simply because of that. Had I of known, I would have shopped around more if I had time.

Outstanding service. My need was last minute and they were able to provide me with a truck to move my son to his new apartment. Truck was clean, operated well with no issues. Special thanks to Michele at Front Range Self Storage in Monument. Great customer service and she even stuck around a little after closing time so I could turn the vehicle in to her. Her extra effort and attention to detail throughout the process was greatly appreciated.

This was my son’s first experience with moving/Uhaul. The lady who waited on him was not helpful and couldn’t give him good information. Either make sure that your employees are trained or that they can find information online.

My p/u location was very good. My problem is with the uhaul app which I found to be frustrating, aggravating, and beyond worthless. I tried to use the app to pick up a truck prior to the local site opening. I wasted almost an hour on the phone talking to 5 different people until I finally gave up in disgust. The app and the support team were worthless.

I have no problem with the locations but I am very dissatisfied with UHaul. I did not get the truck size that I reserved weeks in advance and was only told at the last minute it was not available. Will not use or recommend UHaul to anyone

The online self check-in was running very slow. The pictures submitted were downloading very slow, to the point I couldn't wait for the pictures to completely download and finish the chrck-in process, as I have a timeline to follow during the day. Perhaps the process can be re-evaluated to be more user friendly. All else about the rental process, to include operation of truck, went well.

truck wasn't full of gas, people were not overly friendly, seemed pre-occupied. Truck leaked and ruined several boxes and a couple of personal items

This was the 5th LD truck rental from July 2016-July 2017, which I expect is somewhat unusual for residential home owners. Rentals were from Prescott Az to Monument Co, then 4 rentals from Monument to Hayden I'd. Overall the trucks performed well except for 1 truck needing tire replacement plus a window that wouldn't close all the way. Most all locations that we dealt with were fine but 1-2 trucks hadn't been washed or cleaned well enuf. In a situation of multiple rentals for a homeowner like us (we're senior citizens) UHaul might consider some kind of credit program to discount some of the last several rentals, based on the accumulated earlier rentals the last 12 months. Or give us some leeway on the 5day rental cycle instead of paying penalties for not turning the truck in on time (U move slower in your 70's) Anyway thanks for great equipment, all trucks ran well, but the 12' trailor also rented with the last truck was really old, pretty banged up, and the inside looked dirty & grimey and probably hadn't been wiped down with detergent or anything like that for "years". Anyway good job overall- thanks.
