Richard M.We initially placed the order on line and gave ALL the information such as use , length of time and payment info. We later decided since we found a uhaul location open on Saturday in the Greenville area , we would drop on Saturday morning. That was fine but now the one day rate was 80 $instead of 18,95 $ because the previous person apparently gave incorrect information. That is poor customer service!

john A.The truck we rented had transmission problems. We needed to make two trips but was only able to make one. We returned the truck early and tried to check it in by my mobile phone so it would not work. Plus we had filled the truck up so it was returned with a half tank more than when we recieved. We will never rent from this place again
