Very helpful getting us hooked up and on the road.

Their is no name on the building, doors are falling off the place and it look like an abondond junk yard

No signage or people to attend. If I had not seen another U-haul sitting there I would have thought this was an abandoned building. The self checkin was great and was my only option as no one was to be found at 1:30 pm on a Monday

The drop off location was poorly designated as a uhaul drop off location. Needs at least a sign to make it comfortable for after hours drop offs.

There are no signs noting that this is a UHAUL drop-off location. I parked and got out to find someone. Some guy was walking around and kinda acted like he knew what was going on. He said just park it. I asked if he needed to look in the trailer or do a walk-around and he said no. That was it. I left the trailer in front of a metal building.

30min after picking up my trailer. Uhaul changed my drop off location. New location was 125mi/2hr round trip from original location. 45min phone call with 4 transfers resulted in no resolution. I dropped at the original location on time. A week later got email with additional charges for 2 extra days, plus ins., plus wrong drop off, plus tax. $66.00. NOT IMPRESSED

I was worried to death if I left it at the right place. The guy spoke excellent English which had me feeling easier but there were no uhaul signs and no other unhaul vehicles or trailers. So, so glad to receive this email because I was really worried.

The experience was great except that address is very very incorrect and needs to be updated.

This was my second rental in the pass three weeks. Great customer service, clean trucks. Easy to rent .
