My overall transaction was horrible got to EL Centro location to pick up original reservation and there was no unit available. I made my reservation 3 weeks earlier, responded to all texts and emails during three weeks confirming. Even did on line checkin morning off and paid for transaction. El Centro was horrible, sent us to Yuma, and they were wonderful under the circumstances and lady who helped us even said a prayer with us.Norma C.

Upon entering at the drop off location, I was greeted and redirected to a lady sitting behind her desk to my left. When I approached her she was eating her lunch and seemed displeased. I told her I was here to turn in a tow dolly. She asked for my last name and then she said â€œIts not due until tomorrow. I just sat down to eat my lunch so you can do one of two things, unload it yourself in the back or come back in an hour.â€ I was taken back by her response so I simply replied that I would be back in an hour. I am 4 months pregnant so I couldn't have unloaded that by myself. I was so disappointed with the customer service and don't understand why no one else was available to help me. I also wondered why she sat there in the front eating her lunch. It was a very uncomfortable and inconvenient situation. I was very disappointed with the customer service. When I returned later that day to return it, the experience wasn't any better. I dealt with the same lady who is just flat out rude and impolite. I would never come to this place again.Diana R.
I feel that they should have pre-checked the equipment before it was rented out. Both tires had bald spots and cupping. I got a flat on one of the tires.James B.

Agent did not explain that we had to put in at least 1/4 tank to get fuel credit that was given. We ask her direct question and she said just bring it back with 1/16 of tank as that is what we started with. We I called her and ask why we didn't get the credit she stated she didn't know that we had to return with 1/4 tank to get credit. I called U-Haul and they were to contact store manager for a refund, but that store manager declined per u-haul customer service. I had to contact them to find this out. I never received any call or notification from anyone. The customer service rep was helping me then he transferred me to someone, and they didn't handle this and told me to call customer service back. I give up as I waited three hoursfor a call back. Tried chat and never received and answer.Laura M.

They didn't have the trailer I reserved and I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to pick up a trailer that was dropped off in a different location and there was no compensation for the extra travel time or gasrobert P.

The drop of point was not pleasant as far as the distances I had to drive from my residence. I drove 40 miles one way or a total of 80 miles round trip were I had about 3-4 drop off points within 6 -10 miles from my location. .Not well planned at pick up point as far as I can see. .dennis D.
The grumpy old y lady was a complete b****. Telling me she didn't care about the uhual business and that she didn't have time for my turn in. So I was forcibly told to turn in thru my mobile phone in order for me to get a receipt.ROBERTO H.

We reserved a 4x8 trailer 3 wks in advance, 3 days before we were to pick it up, we were told we would have to drive 300 + miles round trip if we wanted that size. Had to go up to a 5x8 and pay more!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!Sherman P.

Uhaul return process off hours is terrible if you don't have internet to access the site. Also a heads up that mileage will be needed is helpful. I know now why there's a $20 chargeBibi F.

The only issue we had was the utility dolly that you included with the truck was bent on the lip which made it extremely difficult to use. But the truck and the pads and the furniture dolly were absolutely perfect. The remote pickup option was wonderfully easy on a Saturday morning as well. Thanks all!Tim F.
