My pickup location was changed to 30 minutes away from the original location. When we picked up the truck, it did not contain the dolly and furniture dolly I had reserved. The truck itself had every single check engine light possible on, and some light on about a fuel issue. I was then charged for gas bc I had to drive it the extra 30 minutes from Snohomish to Lynnwood, when I didn't even reserve it in Snohomish in the first place. Overall this was a terrible rental experience. Very unorganized.

Stephen KI have rented a lot of U-Haul trailers in recent years. Every single time I am asked to upload my driver's license I am unable to with my Android. I'm not sure what the problem is but it would make things a lot easier if your app and website were user friendly. Merci.

Benito PI made reservation by phone at 800# & picked a location close to me. I was told if they didn't have trailer someone would call. I immediately got a call & was told I had to go to Everett to pick up (not close or convenient). On the day to pick up trailer I checked the app (newly installed) & saw that the location had changed to Snohomish (1/2 the distance)-but I was never notified!!! I would have been ticked if I drove all the way to Everett when I didn't need to. Snohomish location was great.
Anne KThis Ford van was poor quality even though it was very new. It was noisy going down the road, The controls wer super hard to understand, I got stopped by a police officer for not having my taillights on because I didn't know how the lights worked The main thing I hated was the very cheep running boards They were made of unpainted galvanized sheeting, pop riveted On with a rounded outside edge about 2inches wine so your foot could slip off very easy and you had to hang on to the door for dear life to enter and exit. These looked home made in someones garage Other than it was wonderful ☹️

GARY HPlease verify tires are full of air before sending with a customer. I got it filled using my own dinero. It was SUPER flat, 3psi is all the air gun read after I noticed all the way down in Tacoma, scary stuff

Brett AI booked my trailer in advance. It was canceled because one was not held for me. They changed the location without asking me. I had them change it back and got lucky because one was returned early. It was a hassle but the people at the store were good to work with even though they are short on help.

Gary KThis is in a Chevron gas station so you're pretty much on your own to park and unhitch the trailer (if that's what you have) but they were quick to get you in and out. Overall it was fine and certainly close to my proximity. A person did eventually help unhitch the trailer at my request and was very nice and efficient. Average rating because it's in a gas station.
TIMOTHY CWrong trailer and damaged beyond immediate use. Agent had to wire new lighting harness on while I waited . I took the trailer as a backup plan but never used it. Only had it 2 hours. I was able to find the correct trailer close enough. Your website offers a photo of a 5x9 with ramp with a motorcycle CHOCK in front. Not all have the chock. Suggest you change the photo to force customers to scroll to the bottom of the page to the actual motorcycle trailer.

Randy RI called the evening before the rental to make sure they had what I needed ready to go...I was told no worries. When I arrived the next morning, there was some grief given to me for not reserving ahead of time. I got what I needed, but the grief wasn't necessary.
