I had a ball and hitch installed to haul a 5x10 U-Haul trailer. Halfway home the trailer popped off and the hitch hitting and damaging the back of my vehicle. I was closer to a different location where they said it had not been installed properly and had to install a new one. They did not say anyt6 about how to make a claim for the damage. When I arrived at my destination at a location in another province, they were able to give me direction as to how to get a claim submitted

Martin AThe experience did not begin at this location. I had a very terrible experience at the Holyrood Mini Mart location. I was put out by 2,5 hours when on a tight timeline because I was rented a vehicle that could only drive within the city. I was told to bring the vehicle BACK to the location and had to drive 25 plus minutes to pick up a new truck. And I was only compensated 10 % for my enormous loss of time and added stress. VERY disappointed in Uhaul overall. The Full Auto location was, however, friendly and accommodating. I would not, though, recommend uhaul as a company to anyone.
