It was a simple process to pick up the trailer and to return it. The lady at the pick up facility was nice and easy to work with.

Bryan BOnline drop off was easy! Location was great but we dropped off in the dark and finding a good place to park was a little hard. They had uhauls on one side of the building but the lot seemed pretty full. More signage on where to park would be super helpful.

Deanna MDrove the truck over an hour away. Truck was riding rough. I got the truck with 1/4 of a tank of gas brought it back at almost at half and was charged $2,75 because I went over 0,4 miles really! Just dropped $295 to rent it and $60 worth of gas. I hope that $2,75 keeps you a float. Will go Penske next time.

James SCustomer service wasn’t great, lady on phone when setting up the payment wasn’t very nice and had to call the customer service line to ask something and waited on hold for an hour and then got hung up on and then the online self drop off process tried to charge me extra for gas that I did not use
taylor sI have rented uhauls many times over the years. I have run into some grumpy dealers but this was by far the most friendly and helpful location. I was met with smiles and even though it was raining steadily they did everything to make sure I had a good experience. I would go out of my way if I was treated this well every time I rented a uhaul.
Timothy HEverything was fine but they didn't put the moving blankets I purchased in the truck. Hopeful they don't show up on my bill.
Ashley BI rented the Uhaul for Parsons Kansas yet had to drive 35 miles to a different town at the last minute to pick it up.
