You was sending me to a location for drop off 3 to 4 miles farther away then tithe one I dropped it off at. Then because I was returning it to a different location then u- haul wanted me to take it to. The key was supposed to be in the after hours box in the event I could not arrive before closing. When I arrived 30 minutes before closing I discovered that the key was in the office and not the after hours box. If traffic had delayed me I would not have been able to get the key. This was an inexcusable error that would have ruined my weekend plans with my family. We planned to move furniture from our beach house to a storage unit Saturday evening and enjoy Sunday and Monday of Memorial Day weekend. We were able to do so only because unforeseen circumstances, which I thought I had planned for by arranging for the key to be in the after hours box, , did not occur. I hope they do a better job of communicating among their staff in the future. If we had arrived 30 minutes later we would have had to return home.David K.
