The only thing I had to say was that I had to park the trucks detach the trailers and then Park the trailers so I think that they should have somebody to do that so other than that they were pleasant but if I want the truck driver or normal person would really had a hard time probably parking stuff in that small parking lot so but everything's good all right

Hours for pickup listed on your website were wrong. I had to go an hour early to pick up to accommodate the pickup location Trailer tongue area was filthy with grease and oil, in need if cleaning.

Location very convenient. The person checking me out was professional and friendly. Trailer was clean. Overhead door did not operate smoothly. Would stick at about 10 inches raised. Extremely difficult to raise. Then it would not lower so it could be latched.

The online check in system is ridiculous. Why on earth do I have to take pictures of my drivers license and provide references on-site?? I'm standing outside in 30 degree weather with poor cell phone service doing something I could have did from my couch on Wi-Fi. Absolutely the worst checkin service I've ever used. 30 minutes for something that should take 2-3 max is ridiculous.

Dolly and blankets we requested were left out. I injured my ankle because the dolly was missing. Location made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

This location is a furniture store the U-haul sign to this place was 12 inches square, we drove around for a hour then finally called the U-haul phone line and this really nice lady helped guide us to the right place, we had to wait till they w were done doing furniture business before we were waited on, couldn't upload my photo ID and I told them that I probably needed to connect to their WiFi but she would not give me the password took forever to get a 5x9 trailer picked up for a one way rental

Watch a video before you get to the sight that explains the general procedure and some of the things needed. What if you are alone in a new town with no one to use as the contact. Who carries a passport?

The truck barely worked and was such an extreme safety hazard. The back latch was broken and didn't shut all the way and don't even try to drive this thing at night because there was no lights that came on near the dash to show you how fast you were going. Has to hold my phone flash light there for transit. Sooo awful and they over charged me for my rental. Tried to get some money back and they refused.

The process was a little long after preregistering online. Also the vehicle has SERIOUS mechanical issues. After driving to do moving felt unsafe with driving, but had to die to deadlines for moving and location closed.

The owners of this location is great The operations at uhaul are lacking to say the least. Poor management and customer satisfaction. The trailer has a 4 prong plug in. Would have been nice to know since my newer truck does not have that. So I had to buy an adapter. $13 dollars down the drain and waste of my time. Took over 50 minutes to pickup trailer and finally leave. Horrible experience!!!

Take time to fully explain the terms of the rental and be very specific about the procedure when refueling the rental truck. The procedure to me is very objective when trying to determine the" top off" process for refueling. Also, I rented the truck in Cortland because of the proximity of the move. When UHaul called to confirm the order they had a different size truck reserved and I would have had to drive to their Warren location for pick up and drop off. That to me was unacceptable since my overall move was a total of 8 miles. Fortunately while driving pass the Cortland location, the day before I needed the truck I saw a truck in their lot. I went in and explained the earlier confirmation call I had that confused me. The agent said the truck was available so I rented it on the spot, a day earlier than I needed it just to secure it for the move.

The process was a complete mess. Our truck was taken from us, moments before we were supposed to pick it up. SO we had travelled 20 miles to get it and it was not there, only to tell us that there was a truck we had to get now 55 miles away from that location. When we went to pick it up, the mobile pick up process was absolutely horrible. It took forever for the app to work and be able to take the truck. We couldn't connect with not one customer service representative. Was on hold for 30 minutes with nothing. Chat is also a joke with no help whatsoever. We also paid for furniture pads and there were none provided. Horrible customer experience that we would like to discuss further.

The check engine light was on, it was under powered, not only that but they had the audacity to charge me a mileage over fee that was only incurred because they forced me to return it 20+ miles away. Why the heck couldn't I return closer to my house? Wtf

I PAID for an appliance dolly but NEVER received it. I had to rent one from another business before I could even start moving!!!! I would recommend that the truck is inspected before a customer picks it up. I had no problems with the location of the truck but trying to confirm everything to pick it up and get the keys was atrocious. Very hard to confirm when your phone doesn't have wifi.

Full Tanks, I was only given 1/4 full tank. If I had a full tank, I could just top it off when I take it back. This way I had to find a gas station fill, then go back to the gas station and fill back up. This cut into MY time. It is fair to go to the gas station once...to fill it up to return it. That was a big no no in my book. I would have filled it up for the client and they replace what they used. Plus check in was horrible. You should have warned people who have androids vs iphones. Androids don't get signal...and I didn't have the setting that they suggested for me to change in my settings. I had to finally download the app to get things fixed. should have suggested that to begin with. I lost 45 minutes of MY time trying to get checked it, which you advertised was "10 " minutes. I would have downloaded the app if suggested before hand. I had all the information that was suggested before hand, but this was not suggested. I lost an hour and a half of moving time, I desperately needed.

I can not think of any improvements - service was excellent (friendly, precise, supportive, responsive). It is perhaps the best U-Haul experience I have ever had. The equipment was clean and well serviced.

U-Haul the company was great. The pickup location, not so much. The woman in charge of the rental was incredibly rude for no reason and there was miscommunication that led to me being overcharged. I called U-Haul and they got the mix up fixed easily, but if the woman did her job correctly there wouldn't have been a mixup in the first place.

Moving a houseful of stuff, needed a bigger truck. I got a truck that was falling apart from the seams. It might have been okay if it was a local drive, but we were traveling a distance of 600+ from pick up, load, and move. The truck was loud, had melting plastic by thr exhaust, noises you should not hear with the tow load on, clanking in the front end when making tighter turns other than curves. Not to forget the breaks were horrible even on an empty load. Drove a few moving trucks in my lifetime, and none have ever been this bad of shape.

Attendant misinformed me on the Return of the Equipment. He Clearly Stated that I may Rtn. the 10 ft.Truck to any Location without additional Charges (and I asked him to reiterate). This is the reason I chose the smaller truck. However; when I Called Uhaul 800# Representative, it was stated I would receive a Penalty if the truck was not returned to the Same Pick up Location. This caused me a great inconvenience Time & Travel wise, because I was approximately 36 miles away from Furniture & More. I think the Uhaul Rep. @ this location needs to be retrained! The Rep. @ Uhaul Corp. office did settle the Issue.

We had to go 45 miles South of our original pickup location because the car hauler at the Kingsville location had a bent hitch. The owner tried to push us to take it anyway saying the people before us drove all the way from Arizona and didn't report any problems. I was not at all pleased with his neglect for safety.

The trailer that had an on board break system was disabled because someone installed a 4 pin connector instead of a 7 pin.
