No one was there and I could not get into the truck without calling UHaul customer service and having a long conversation. I signed up to get the truck without contact. Uhaul moved the location I chose and when I was finally able to get into the truck here were no moving blankets or dolly that I had ordered. Then when I went to return the truck in San Antonio there was another long customer service call since the receiving location had no idea how to handle the fact that I had no blankets or dolly. I had to buy a dolly and my furniture was damaged since I could not find enough blankets around my house. I do not really believe it is a problem of the location but more a systemic UHaul problem..

jm V.My reservation was for 7:30. I called and confirmed and added an appliance dolly. They explained that I would check in online because they were not open at 7:30. Got there and opened the app to find out that my reservation was incorrectly scheduled for 9 am. I did get help fixing it, but it was 8:15 before I got on the road. We were on a tight timeline anyway, so a 45 minute delay inconvenienced 6 people. The lock on the truck was not locked. When we returned the truck, we knew why, it took 10 minutes to get the lock to close. The online check-in was very nice and efficient, the additional 55 minutes due to reservation error and a poor quality lock cost you an excellent rating.
Todd G.The auto transport was not completely connected to the truck as said it was. We were extemely lucky...either of my sons could of been injured and the vehicle.
