The online check in was terrible. It took over 40 minutes to get approval and requiring a verification call to a second party is not useful knowing now people usually do not answer calls from an unknown number.

The online check in and pick up process took 45 minutes while I was sitting at the location. Some of it had to do with access and cellular data. I do appreciate being able to call and speak to someone, however my wait was nearly 15 min before I spoke to someone.

The U-Haul company never even had my truck at the location I was supposed to pick it up. They did not call to confirm they did not call to cancel but said it had been canceled when I got to the location to pick it up. The location I rented from was excellent, my Uhaul experience was horrible! It advertised to give me $50 on my Uhaul if they did not confirm and if my Uhaul was not available and ready at my pickup time! False advertisement! They didn't have my appliance dolly on there and I really needed that because I was moving on my own as a single woman. I am having a hard time getting my money back from the U-Haul place, I do not know if I'll ever rent from U-Haul again and I definitely will let everyone know how horrible they were and how they did not keep their word on having my truck available at the location on time, and the $50 they advertise I was supposed to get because they didn't have it available as promised, was a lie!

I was not called 24 hours in advance, the pickup location was changed without me knowing, I was charged $70 extra without my permission, and my dropoff location was changed.
