Great help, I had gotten to the location a little after closing and the Staff still helped me with returning the vehicle, great customer service.

Ashley DuMeyUhaul did a lousy job of my reservation. and the Briarcliff location cancel me without notice . The owner said it is canceled by Uhaul but I am not sure who did what . I don't know what happened. No one explained to me. Fortunately uhaul customer service found this location still have a 15 footer available. The GA janitorial and suppliers services is where I actually rent my moving truck . The owner is really good and worth recommending though

I don't think the actual location has anything to do with it- just a parking lot with a lock box in front of a janitorial supply business, but I don't claim to know how uhaul's "truckshare" business is structured, nor do I care. I usually deal with Ryder, so I'm spoiled. This truck (a 15 footer) was ragged out and you smelled like you were wearing febreeze cologne and smoking cigarettes when you got to your destination. And your wrists were sore from trying to keep it in your lane. But hey- it was an available truck when no other company had one, though they did change the pickup location twice in the 2 days before my reservation. That didn't exactly inspire confidence. On the plus side though, it did get the job done. Just watch out fore those mileage charges!!
GUY WELCHI received a text prior to picking up the truck to call this location and confirm everything. When I called she was busy working the janitorial part of her business. She assured me she would have a 15 foot truck waiting for me the next day. I had ordered a 20 foot truck. I called U-Haul about this and they were no help and condescending. They didn't seem to care that I was about to drive 250 miles from NC to Atlanta to pick up a 20 foot truck and may have a 15 foot truck waiting on me. **In the end all worked out OK as they did in fact have the correct truck when I arrived.

Mark BartonReturned equipment as ask to on Sunday and I was billed for an extra 4 Days all the way until Thursday while it was sitting in their lot!! Stay away, beware!!
DAVID HEATHI never received notification that the preferred pick up location had changed; The 10 ft truck size was upgraded to 15; I was not pleased. I never received any email ; nor any text; I called the original pickup location and they told me about it I was not able to talk to anyone at Ga Janitorial . I wanted to make sure they had my truck. None of the phone numbers I found for this office worked. Fax beeping noise. They seem to switch automatically. main business was Janitorial service. The office was very small and crowded with staff, I was glad they all wore face masks. Took me a while to convince them the only truck on the lot was for me. I was pleased with person working on my contract . I don't recommend this location because of where located; size of office; not answering phone. One more things about the truck: The gas tank marker indicator showed full. But I could not believe filling 10 gallons for my 60 miles trip. I assume the gas tank was not completely filled. The truck cabin had a strong tobacco smell. Had to clean the ashtray. I Used air freshener. Perhaps warning customers that truck cabins are not tobacco free,.
Mohammad BehzadiExcelente customer service and they didn't charge me the $20 extra for returning the truck after the store was closed. I will definitely continue renting in this place to transport my customers' kitchen cabinets

Keith SpencerI booked the cargo van with furniture pads and dolly and when I went there I saw the van and nothing inside. I was wasting More than two hours because office was open at 10 am and I supposed to get all at 8 am. And I got those at 10:30 . So make sure everything before get your truck/van conversation.

However, when dropping the van back off, the app was not able to find my location and there was no work around for me to do the check in. Customer service was also busy. There should be a work around if the app can not find the location.

Jane WilsonMy reservation for the van pickup was at 11:45, I got up the location at 11:50 to pick it up. When I walked in the door I told them I was there to pick up the van. There was a lady and a gentleman, the gentleman goes over to the register and the lady states the van is not ready yet. I let them know I had a reservation for 11:45, she says she understands that but it's not ready. That the guy who checks the equipment back in isn't there. THEN she said she didn't see my reservation. I pulled up my email and showed her the reservation where it said the name of the facility. She stated just because it was the name didn't mean that it was the thought place so I had to go further and get on the website and show them their actual address as the pickup location.I I'm not sure why they couldn't look this information up with the reservation number. I ended up not leaving the location with the van until 12:16. The van was very clean. I was scheduled to take my accuplacer exam for college and had to push that off. The employees were very nice but they didn't take responsibility, they way they handled the situation aside from getting the van ready as soon as possible was bad. I feel like I had done my part when making the reservation and entering all of my info, then to get there and have to pull up different things to prove I had a reservation MULTIPLE different things, was ridiculous to me.
Toni WallaceFirst of all, it wasn't really the location that was the problem. Uhaul, as a whole sucks. I'll never again rent from this sorry excuse of a company. Didn't even have my reservation which delayed my moving day by an hour. The truck I rented didn't have a passenger wiper blade and it was pouring rain. Then, unbeknownst to me, I had rented a "local truck" and you were going to charge me $200 to drop it off at my move-in location. But instead, I had to drive more miles than estimated and delay my day even further, because of the terrible customer service.
Noah BishopThe "hump" ( freaking mountain) in to drive scrubbed the bottom of my limo hard twice. Had I know the driveway was that bad, I would not have gone there. There wasn't a lot of parking. It was taken up with other vehicles that looked broke down. Inside great, personnel great...needs outside image worked on
Douglas OverholtThe gas should have already been filled up. You leave in E and have to fill it halfway up? I've never done that. I recommend that the uhaul should have already been filled up for the use of customers. And whatever we used we would refill it back up.

Bruce WynnI arrived ten minutes early as instructed and "picked up the van" according to the app by following all of the online instructions. There was no one at the property to give me a key, only a lock box to which I had no code. After waiting on hold with UHAUL customer service for FORTY FIVE MINUTES they finally gave me the code, saying "We're sorry for not giving this to you earlier, it must have been a mistake in the system". I am very unhappy with this experience. I will not be using UHAUL again.

And on the day I came back to pick up my truck, it was clean, the gas tank was full, and I was ready to roll in just a very few minutes.
