They weren't there at 9:30. The time of our appointment we didn't get on the road till 10:30 Which put us behind schedule so we had to pay to rent the trailer a second day. It was extremely difficult to get around all of the tires to park the trailer and we were forced to buy a adapter for the trailer lights that we didn't need the last time we rented a U-Haul trailer of the same size.

The gentleman there was very present and helpful and apologetic for the issues that had nothing to do with him. I would highly recommend renting from this place.

Robert BGK Tire Shop is a working mechanics shop, so don't expect a nice clean and tidy U-haul stop. The guys were nice and friendly, though. It was pretty quick to get the truck checked-out.
