I had to call multiple times to get the receipt . Upon checking everything was ok and I was charged $183,56 however they charged me again another $74,5 very next day for groundless reason. Originally gas was low which I reported to the cashier but surprisingly they charged me $28 for gas and another $30 for gas service, we left it clean with blanket folded but I got charged $10 for cleaning fee. Altogether the whole experience was terrible and would never go back to that location .

Kristen BThey didnt give me the truck I ordered and the one they did give me was full of trash and when I returned it they charged me a cleaning fee, i also put gas in it at there location and they still charged my credit card for gas.

Tami PHave reservations ready at time of pick up. Make sure vehicle has no lights on as the check engine light was on. The gears of the truck were hard to change.
Brian MYour phone app is the worst, it didn't work at all. Tried to add my order to my account to do the virtual pickup and delivery and it wouldn't let me do it. Love it in theory, but it's total garage right now.
Matthew PPicked truck up 3/9. It was really dirty inside but the app would not allow me to upload pictures. It only let me move on once I clicked that it was clean.

Larry SEstablishment was filthy and so was the truck, I ordered a 26 and they provided me with the 16 one bedroom and took over an hour to give me the correct truck when I already pre purchased the vehicle i don't recommend

AMYM GWhen I return the trailer they said everything is ok I don't have to do anything the next day when I looked up my order my return was still pending I had to call u haul & spend 30 min on phone to complete my return. Such a waste of time.
Shahedul KTruck was dirty and smelled like smoke. Checking in on mobile phone was a nightmare as customer service over the phone was not helpful getting it done. Took over 40 minutes to pick up truck. Will never do mobile pickup at a non Uhaul location again. Mauvaise expérience.

JEFFREY BBeing charged for gas when I sent pictures through your app that I filled the gas past 3/4. Tried to call customer service and wait times over 56 minutes. Waiting on call back still hasn't happened. In no way happy with your customer service.
ROBERTCHRISTOPHE WThe air pressure was very low in all four tires. We were on the highway and had to find a truck stop to put air in the tires. This was unsafe and added stress and time to travel we had to do.

Raniz IThis location is primarily a gas station/deli. They were so busy that it was hard to check in and check out. In fact, when I returned the vehicle, they just said leave the key and we will process the return later. I had to call much later in the day because the return did not get processed.

YVONNEM KFirst off I had a reservation for Sunday to pick up at 11:30. When we went in store the guy told us the person who rented the truck the night before never returned it. So we reserved for the following day Monday at 12 noon. We get there and the guy who does the uhaul doesn't come into work till 2 so they were trying to get me to go online to get code for key. Which on your site never worked. For 2 days I had people trying to help me move and had to cancel for Sunday and then couldn't get the truck until Monday at 2. That place simply don't know what they are doing and don't even give people a Courtesy call to let them know what's going on. Was Really frustrated made the move 100 percent worse.
