I had a horrible experience returning the truck and I will never be a uhaul customer again. When I booked this truck I selected the drop off location to be Lower Greenville. I drove the 26 foot truck to said location on the return date. Not only was it closed before the closing time listed on the door but it wasn't until I was completing the online return process that I was informed the truck needed to be left at the Irving Uhaul. I never received an email or any kind of notification with a change in location. When I called customer service to discuss this, Stephen (the agent) was unhelpful and rude. He told me there was no one I could talk to until 7AM the following day and that I would have to keep the truck for another day. This would result in me paying for an extra day and additional fees. He was dismissive and only offered a scheduler phone number that could not be reached until the following morning. He simply wanted to get rid of me. He did not answer any questions I had. He kept shoving a phone number at me as if it would solve all of my problems. I cannot express enough how horrid the drop off experience was. From the lack of instruction/communication as well as the inept and rude customer service staff, it was a nightmare. I will not be a returning costumer and I will advice people against using your service.

That truck didnt have an air conditioner. After going to 2 locations and experiencing terrible service where the area manager didnt answer their phone I get a truck without air conditioner in texas 102 degrees. I cant believe you are charging me for this. I will never use Uhaul again.

We reserved a dolly with the rental and there was no dolly. I had to run by Home Depot and buy one. There was nobody…and I mean nobody at the location to ask about the dolly. All doors were locked. Also, the AC went out about 15 minutes into my trip. All I can say about that is "It was hot". I feel like I should get my money back for having to deal with such a negative experience.

It's a small place and hard to find with construction on the highway. Uhaul was more like a sideline at this outlet, which also leased big fancy buses. The trucks were parked in dirt and not washed. But the guy was helpful and very nice. The truck itself was in good shape with low mileage. Did the job just fine.

There was no one at the facility during business hours. I had to pay for my uber driver to wait while I had to self checkout the uhaul. not a smooth process at all. Cost me $8 in wait fees for uber.

I was overcharged the Hispanic guy was nice. The chubby white man was a real asshole. I will never rent a U-Haul again
