It's a phone store. Not a U-Haul rental facility. The owner made that clear and complained about u-Haul and their operations during the whole transaction.Luke B.
There were a bunch of men drinking beer and playing pool in the adjacent room with the door open. They were playing loud music and talking so loud I could barely understand the lady completing my reservation. Men kept going into and out of the room which was very distracting since the office space is already cramped. Also the lady completing my order in the computer was training another lady in Spanish which made the whole process take much longer than the previous times I've rented from uhaul at other locations. The only reason I used this location was because they were the closest with the trailer I needed. I won't use them again.MICHAEL G.

Drop off location was closed. The area around the building was dark and unkempt and frankly a little scary. Large garbage containers, dark area invited a criminal elementKATHY F.

Apologies for the delay with this as I've been down with the flu... The staff (Charles, Corey and the manager on duty the day I was there with no help... I can't recall his name...) I encountered there were attentive to my needs very kind and courteous!Patrice S.

Ratchets for strap down was rusted in bad shape, wouldn't operate untill I put wd 40 on them, then they worked fine, very friendly place and very helpful, that is all that was , everything else was excellent.Randy C.

The 24/7 system is a nightmare!!!!Would not let me complete my rental, when I called in and spoke with someone (after being on hold for 20 min.) was told that my rental was not scheduled was giving a number to call but was only able to leave a voicemail(never got a cal back) then the app said my rental did not qualify for 24/7 rental and had a # to call which stated that you could call 24 hrs a day another voicemail and no call back. Called the 800 # again this time left on hold for 15 min Amanda answered and the 1st words out was "can you hold" no hello nothing just "can you hold". Waited another 10 min,when see got back to me it seemed as if the call center was understaffed because i was told that they have 61 calls in que. So a rental that was scheduled to be picked up at 5:00 pm i was not able to get it until almost 8pm. Thank God that I pick it up the day before I actually needed it.VERY VERY unhappy with your 24/7 system. I will say that one good thing that Amanda did because I was ready to just go to Budget for a rental and had left U haul was wait on the line until I got back to the U Haul location.Joseph E.
Did everything online under the assumption I could just pick up the keys. The lady at the counter did not want to give me the truck keys because it was after 5 and she couldn't access her system. Then she couldn't give me an appliance dolly because I didn't have a KO # for it. It took me an hour and a half to convince her that I had paid for the truck and only needed the keys. She kept trying to get me to come back another day. Overall it was a horrible experience and I'm unsure if I will ever rent with uhaul again.Jessica H.

The main person dealing with us is always polite, respectful, cheerful and helpful. Also quick and reliable. He made the whole experience very pleasant. We wish that the place would be big, the area where the equipment is park, but that is a very small problem. Customer service for us in this place is tops.DONALD G.

The office is kind of small so it is a tight squeeze when several customers are there at the same time. It seems to be a busy place. We are very glad to know it is so close to where we live. The place is clean.DONALD G.

I've rented U-hauls many times in the past. This time, the employee did not tell us to sweep out the truck, told us nothing about a cleaning fee, but when I got my final bill, I was assessed a cleaning fee. The truck looked the same when I turned it in as when I got it, so I just feel like I was ripped off. I've never, ever been assessed a cleaning fee before. Not happy.Tracy R.

Very friendly. I had a emergency with another moving truck. It was too cold,icy, their truck was block. Thank God. We waiting for moving toll truck to move the big truck out the way. I told my family they should have rented a second small truck. Not worth the hassle to go to another moving co to move you in the winter. Just do UHaul Only!Pamela W.

I checked this vehicle out at 7/8 full tank. I drove 24 miles and put 2 gallons of gas in, returning at 7/8 full tank, yet was charged a refueling charge. It is only 6 $I am not going to waste time disputing it with my bank, but you lost a customer over this charge. This was not the location I wanted and will not use the location again.Luck W.

This location was in the worst part of town when we went to the truck there was some kind of smelly air freshener scented bubble things all in the back of the truck and it was not the easiest to be able to get out of the parking lot.Megan S.

I had a terrible experience with this Uhual rental. I reserved a trailer online and went to pick it up the next day. I was told that my reservation was moved to another location. The employee was short with me and didn't even know the name of the location I needed to go to. I proceeded to drive to the next location only to find out it didn't open for another 2 hours delaying my move by 2 hours. After returning 2 hours later the store owner was 10 minutes late opening the store. Overall this experience with Uhual was very poor.Ryan R.
The check engine light was on in the vehicle. I booked at the Hickory Flat store, and when I got there was told they didn't have the equipment and I had to go to Gabby's which was 8 miles in the wrong direction. No one called or notified me of this change. I paid mileage for the extra distance up and back. Not right.Bruce K.

If a customer requests a â€œpreferred pick up locationâ€ (3 weeks prior) it would be helpful if arrangements can be made to have the equipment available at said location. Also, contractors should be responsible for maintaining equipment. For example, if a tow dolly is requested, contractor should make sure all lights work properly prior to releasing to customer.Carrie M.

This particular location was not prepared or able to adequately talk to us about what we purchased beforehand and what was due the day of. We paid for moving products not given to us. We had to go back again to get the dolly we rented because they didn't include it. (We never got the other items paid for like packing tape, cover for the couch, the mattress, etc., and due to a pretty difficult language barrier, we couldn't have a conversation about what was wrong.) We were given keys to a truck that was blocked and unable to be moved. It took about a hour for the person running the pickup to find someone to move barriers and fix the situation. They then had us move it, which we found odd, because they were responsible for putting the truck in a precarious position. It honestly took a lot of time out of our move, and was a big inconvenience for something already tying, like moving. We won't be using uhaul again, since you can't choose which locations you pickup from.Lauren L.
