The staff were friendly and gave me helpful advice, such as folding furniture pads to avoid extra charges. Just be aware they're short on parking space.

Jeff CPay attention. No one in the office. They're right next door. They live there. Didn't explain the refuel policy. Clerk wanted cash for gas. Probably pocketed it for lunch. NO RAMP ON THE TRUCK! Made it harder to get things loaded. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Denise sAlthough the location entrance was small there was still ample space to park and drop off the vehicle. Unrelated to this location, I have to say that the mobile app for virtual dropoff is terrible. The app is not user-friendly and had a bug where all of the photos I was uploading would clear in the middle of me taking each angle requested. I had to circle the car FOUR TIMES to take the required photos to move on which was very frustrating.

William WThere's not a lot of room in front of the building to park as there are trailers and equipment all over. Stopping on the road is risky as other drivers fly by at high rate of speeds On a side note, the check in process utilizing my cell phone was a joke. I'm pretty electronically savvy and could not get through the check in process because my face was supposedly covered, even though it wasn't. Got past that and uploaded a picture of my DL. Sorry, that didn't work either. Couldn't get the app to accept a DL from a different state. Forget this. Just walked into the store and the clerk signed me in. Last time I will ever try to use the app.
LOUIS Gi was charged for insurance i declined when i first reserved, very rude when dropping off. I will never use U haul again

Ernest DI think they gave me the wrong van. When I went to do the 'walk-around' the plates did not match. The sent me another link with the correct plates / ID. It was okay, but it was not as clean as I would have liked. There was also several maintenance issues: Oil change required, no windshield wiper fluid, two low air tires and a burned out turn signal. I assume it was a mistake so I still might recommend the location and will probably use it again, but this experience was not the best.

Susan GI've never rented a U-Haul before and there was no instruction given prior to driving off. Luckily, I asked about returning with gas. Otherwise I would not have returned it with gas. The tire warning was on indicating low tire, which made me nervous the entire time I was driving it.
