Well we waited in line a good 30 -40 min waiting our turn.Then we go out to get the truck & we weren't told to ck the back door on the truck & my husband drove it all the way to our sons house in Gadsden & the door was left up

The office space needed some improvements. The lady was nice, but late opening. Now some of those reservation people where assholes. They moved my pick up point 3-4 times. A lady named Heather finally was able to fix the problem. I will rent again but U-haul needs more trucks available.

The truck was dusty/mud in floorboards the passenger side door was missing the entire panel the tailgate had been damaged and was difficult to close and the liner was loose because of damage so it rattled and clapped while driving. I called the day after picking up the truck to tell the local office that I didn’t receive the appliance dolly that I paid for and they said yeah you didnt ask us and we didn’t put it in the truck I’ll get them to take it off the invoice which they didn’t I got charged $60 on top of the rental/mileage costs of $250 plus! Very disappointed with the service I received. I have been a long time customer and this has made me question my use of your company for future needs.

Had a Little trouble with the mobile app, a little slow but, overall was okay. Only concerned I have is when I will be refuned to difference in the pickup charge and what I was charged when I returned the truck. Was charged $119.42 at first and $97.42 when I returned the truck. Difference of $21.87

Having issues with rentals at this location before, I requested online to use Kyle Ave (main local station). The day before the rental I was notified it was changed to above. I called, complained, with no interest from agent given there was not a 15' truck at that location. I told that person if I had similar issues as before, that I would go out of my way using all forms of media to voice my continued bad experiences with U-Haul. Well, as expected, I was extremely put out. The truck was not clean, that location did not have all the items I requested online, (dolly, mattress bags, furniture wrap) and had to travel to other PREFERRED location to pick up those items. I was given appliance hand trucks rather than small furniture size,...….at a higher cost, but the agent could not manage to make the change in her system. I could go on and on,....but no need. I'm done with U-Haul.

Very nice person who handled transaction. Facility is connected to the bus station in Gadsden which keeps it from being rated as Excellent as Uhaul customers sometimes must wait while bus customers are serviced. Convenient. Truck was VERY clean.

Well all i have to say is that i got charged twice for a car dolly and I only used it for less than a day a cash and car then after I was supposed to get a discount for that mess up I got another trailer and ended up getting messed over again for another $20 but I got charged $76 twice or the car dolly that I only used once then when I called so they can fix it they told me the most I could do is give me $25 off and I thought that that was Bing rude because I should have got at least 40 to 50% off after getting charged twice for a car dolly and getting messed over $20 for another trailer all of them total for a grand total of $96 I got messed over out of

The neighborhood was sketchy and the people waiting for the bus were illegal aliens. These are society problems not the operator of this location. She was great and should be commended for working two jobs and managing all the bus stop people.

The lady that checked me in and updated the contract was very professional and I was very happy. She treated me kindly and made a change of equipment for me when I asked her to. I highly recommend this location and she should be recognized for her professionalism and kindness. Thank you!

I had a great experience with the representative at the bus station . One thing was inconvenient. I had to go to another location to get moving pads I had requested. There was several people in line when I got there to pick up the pads. This delayed my departure. It was aggravating.

Truck had ants in it, the pick up location was not the one selected online. Online info to save time, had to be repeated at the counter. Did not have boxes or appliance dolly and was sent down with the truck to another location to pick them up. Truck was 15 ft (had requested 10 ft)

Get newer trucks to drive,and have a lil better customer service reps. My suggestion is for U-Haul to get locks for the back of there trucks when you rent it out you don't have the lock and key when you return the truck you have to pay for it mandatory

There were no items like rope, tape, locks, etc., for sale. I had ordered 24 blankets but there were only 22 available. The employee was very nice and helpful but I was surprised at the lack of stock available.

Ms First it was written up as a trip where I was returning the trailer back to the same location after the person was instructed that it would be dropped off in birmingham. This was on a Thursday so on Saturday when I got to the birmingham location to drop it off I was informed that it was supposed to go back to Gadsden. It was corrected after about 30 min. I would recommend you again because this was done by a person in training. I am in the training business so I know how that can be. Thanks.
