Location was terrible. Owner used profanity towards myself and another customer. Told us he'd didn't care if we had a fucking truck or not. Keys were not in drop box as was told. Had rental for 26 foot truck. Customer service called the day before said they only had a 29 foot and would change the rental to truck share 24/7. Was supposed to get truck at 0800 hrs didn't get until 1100 because keys were not in box. U-Haul is a joke. Glad this was probably the last time I have to use. Will more than likely dispute the entire charges because a 26 foot truck would have fit everything but instead had to make two trips with the smaller truck. Very disappointed but I'm sure my card provider will stand by the charge back so good luck U-Haul I have plenty of documentation. Also by the way truck has a terrible exhaust leak. Terrible.

My pick-up was scheduled for 11:00 am, no one arrived at the location until 11:30 and when they did there was no apology or explanation offered. My truck was supposed to be ready at 11 for pick-up and had not been checked in or even processed and others behind me were told that their equipment was not even on the premises.

Location was very convenient. We dropped off before they opened so we checked in on a phone. Parking was in a different lot than the store. There were other trucks and trailers parked there so we parked ours next to those, but signage would have been helpful.

Tan thong running the Game On was very nice and easy to work with. The problem was he forgot to give us the blankets we ordered and the left turn signal and brake light did not work on the trailer. We were stuck taking it because we had to move and none were available.

I was charged for insurance when I had not selected it in my reservation and didn't request it. He simply snuck it on my bill. I unfortunately didn't catch it when I paid, but saw it in my receipt when I dropped the trailer off after use. Very sneaky and underhanded. I won't be back to this spot to rent.

The day I had it reserved.I went to go pick it up .The person said I didn't.I showed the person my confirmation number and time supposed to get it.I was supposed to had it until Sunday .The person there tried to help me best he could I had to bring the truck back that night.But supposed to had until next day.I was charged a late fee .I was supposed to return by 8 pm.Didn't get it back until 9:30 pm.I think I should got A discount and shouldn't been charged a late.Didn't get like I supposed too.It was a night mare.I will never do it again.This also happened to some other people.Someone there could been a glitch in the system.

The lock box with combination to get the key out was too dang hard to use. I could not do it myself. It needed oiled or something where the side clip was.

Guy did not hook trailer to my vehicle right didn't screw down enough to keep it from jumping up and down also he was too high on something to realize what he was doing I called and to him about it he was very rude and said he own all of the uhaul's so he didn't know who else I come communicate with over charged my card I needs for someone to contact me please!

When I arrived at the time indicated in my online check-in email, no one was at the location. The mobile checkout in the UHaul app did not look like the "how-to" video sent to me by UHaul rep. When a person arrived at the location about 20 min past my pickup window, he realized he had not checked in the truck I was to rent, so it wasn't showing as available in the app. The man was helpful, but unorganized. However, he was not wearing a mask.

It was very difficult getting the rental completed because the computers wasn't working right . About an hour wait time and had to cancel my reservation and go through the whole process again . They was very polite to me but honestly it was pretty frustrating that it took so long , he tried calling his customer rep at least twice to help get things straightened out and they wouldn't answer . I ended up calling U-haul customer service from my phone and was on hold about 10 -15 minutes before I spoke to anyone , at that point the computer finally started working .

This wasnt the location that I wanted. It cost me extra miles. The appliance dolly wasnt in there. We had to go to Buckner to pick it up. I demanded those miles be comped, they only gave me 5 miles comped. It should have been 10 miles.
