The service was fast and accurate. We were taking care of within 5 minutes of arrival. The truck was clean and had a full tank of gas. We didn't have any issues with the truck during the move. The return of the truck was fast and easy, no problems. I would recommend this location..

I would suggest providing more information on mobile pick up. I arrived at 7:57 for pick up at 8:00am. Checking in on my phone took me about 13 mins because I had to wait for approval. It would be helpful to advise customers to arrive 15 minutes before pick up for this process to avoid delays.

Not specific to this location per se, needs to be much more and better prompting for the late return process to ensure that customers know they have to do the online process before returning the keys. Pick up location significantly better experience than any other pick up in recent memory, actually had all the equipment ordered unlike others I've been to. Je les recommande fortement.

I only rented from this location because there was no available transporter on Staten Island. I tried getting one for two weeks and to no avail. Then I contacted u haul to see if I can drop off to a location in Staten Island since that was my starting point and destination but was told I couldn't. Don't you think it would make sense to leave the transporter there since there's none available? Big inconvenience for customers! How is there no transporters on the island for two weeks or more straight?
