Instead of charging for 3 days should be 2 days was so your not paying for extra days
Preston SWorst experience I've had in a long time .sent to wrong place didn't get the size truck I reserved took it took 3or 4 hours too get the biggest truck they had last one they had it was a terrible experience I think I'd not recommend uhaul I'm still mad that was 2 days ago

Aaron GSame advice here....train your employees (especially in friendliness and customer service) .My contract clearly stated that this was our drop off point. I had requested this particular place because it was on my route back home (I have several other trips to make). When we arrived the gentleman did not acknowledge that my husband and I were even there and continued to fill his vape. Then he said "U-haul drop off?" We said yes and he said, "Just leave the key on the desk and when someone gets here who knows how to do that, they will check you in." So we put the key on the desk and left. Two hours and 150 miles later , I get an email saying we were charged $179 for dropping off at the wrong location. I had to call to try and get this fixed but the lady couldn't get in touch with these people and had to file a complaint on my behalf so that I could get a refund. Moving is a stressful in and of itself. This entire u-haul experience made our move more stressful than it needed to be. I sincerely hope that I never have to use U-haul again. I realize that your employees have other jobs and this one is secondary to them. However, a little training and customer service could go a long way.

Dewayne LStage vehicles for 24/7 pick-up (actually do it vs. just saying you do it). I planned to begin loading the evening before, but I had to wait until the next morning at 9:30a to get the truck. I didn't arrive to my destination until 2:30a the next morning. Practice using the U-Haul database to speed up pick-up. I self-registered ahead of time, and it still took about 40 minutes - 1 hour to get the key. Do not offer equipment (pads, dolly, etc.) if your location doesn't typically have those on hand. Part of the long check-in process was due to figuring out how to remove the equipment charges from the order. The equipment would have come in handy for the move, and had I known it wasn't available, I could have made other arrangements for those items. Clean all returned equipment every time. The truck cabin and storage were all unclean.

Clint HThe truck was infested with roaches. It really was there was so many and some got in our boxes where we hauled them. It was bad. When I went try to get the truck the man didn't want to wait on me he told me I should go home and call them he just didn't want to fill out the form

rhonda hGet someone else in the area to be your Uhaul location. The man who owns this business is never on time and is very inept at doing his job. I called and filed a complaint and was told a Terry or Jerry would call me back. Hasn't happened.
Lana MThe place wasn't even open. I was guarenteed a 6x12 trailer at 9 am on April 2 and didn't get it til 10:30 am. I am being billed 211. on my card but my contract says $118.This has been my worst experience with Uhaul ever. I would never recommend G& S Gravel.

JERYL MUhaul has a charge for everything. It's unfair to have to pay Soo many fees. Prices are outrageous. Online customer service also sucks.
Edward SThe only criticism I have is that the storage lot for the rentals are at a different location from the office. The storage lot was just over a mile away. Fortunately I had a ride waiting for me to take me to the other location. I also knew this before hand when I made my initial office visit. If someone were alone and had to take public transportation or a taxi to go to the office, they would have to find another form of transportation to get to the storage lot. But other than this, everything went very smoothly.

STEVEN WI was gave the keys and told where the truck was, about 2 blocks away from rental office no one checked out the truck with me, i rented a truck in hazard ky to find out it was already rented , used my gas in personal vechicle to drive approx. 45 minutes each ways to pick up the truck , then found out when i turned the truck in that over milage was 0,99cents on weekends and friday was concidered weekend , i was told 40 cents a mile payed a lot of money out for this truck , expensive move , very disapointed as i paid cash with a 100$ deposit to end up paying another 30$ plus my 100 deposit .i have rented several uhauls this past year not sure i would rent again.
Linda FI went online and ordered the towdolly for London,KY. When I got there, I received a message from Manchester. I didn't think any thing about it. I went to the place when I understand the dolly would there. To my surprise I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to Manchester to pick up the dolly. I had ordered for London. There was a uhaul dealer there. I have to go back and redo the paperwork I had already done online in Manchester. I was not happy about all of this. I have never had a problem with uhaul before.

NATHAN EThe truck rented to me had well over 100 000 miles and had something wrong with the front end. I had to fight to keep it going in a straight line and actually went off the road when it pulled to the right expectantly. It wanted to follow every crown n the road and you had to watch as you had to move the wheel back and forth to try and keep it going straight.I told the guy at my drop off point about it but whether it will be looked at is another story. When do you guys finally retire these trucks with high mileage?
William DThe truck was not not at 3/4 tank when I picked it up. It was at 1/2 tank and I was supposed to return it at 3/4 tank which I did.
Walter OMore detailed directions since GPS did not recognize the address, if not familiar with the area. The receptionist at the location was very helpful in helping us find the place.

Darrell WThe interior had not been cleaned. The console was "sticky" where someone spilled like soda. Also the right side mirror would not stay in place. It vibrated outward and I had troubles seeing on my right. The pads I rented were generally dirty. And no cruise control for a 700 mile trip was brutal. Can't believe it's not standard equipment.
PAUL FA bigger sign would have been helpful to find it. Also Google doesn't know where it is, but the people at IGA are willing to give directions.

joshua hYour people at haul customer service are rude. I spoke with 6 9over the course of two days. I sat on hold for over an hour and was transferred over and over. I had to drive 36/miles out of my way. everyone I spoke with at haul customer service acted like they hated their job. You may be the best price but the service as a whole was not pleasant at all. The people at G and S were fantastic. It was hard to get to with little to no directions in the middle of nowhere so it would be helpful if your customer service could alert people of that. We of course had to locate it and find it on our own and talk to local residents and attempt to follow their directions, "down by the old church?" Overall, we moved. We got here. But your service was less than desirable when it comes to your call centers.

Randy HFirst off nobody would answer the phone and we couldn't figure out where to drop it off at. I ended up having to go home and call the 1800 number to figure it out and they didn't answer the phone for that lady too. Then I dropped it off and it was completely muddy in the parking lot and then I got a call saying I needed to come back up there and put more gas in it or my card would be charged thirty more dollars. I go back up there and it read that it was full but I went to the gas station anyway with it again and it only took four more dollars to make it over flow. I guess the full tank was not good enough I guess it has to overflow out the truck. I will never use this place again!!! I spent $168 just to use the truck and some respect and professionalism would have been nice. I'm very disappointed!
