I had reserved 3 dollies and they did not have them. Guy said that I can select on web site but it does not guarantee them. I got there and no dollies, so imagine then...

BEWARE of erroneous charges when you return your rental. There are numerous review of people being charged miscellaneous fees such as fuel or cleaning when they weren’t supposed to be. This exact thing happened to me. First of all, the truck wasn’t 100% ready when I arrived and it did not have all the blankets I reserved. The website will allow you to reserve it before 830, but it seems like nobody shows up on site til 830 or later, resulting in you waiting around. When I went to return my truck, the male worker there told me to park it and leave the keys with the gas station attendant and he would email me the receipt later....as he was walking away across the street. This seemed SKETCHY, so I took pictures of the truck, fuel, and odometer...to no surprise, when I received the receipt later that afternoon, I was charged a $10 cleaning fee although the truck was brought back just as clean as when I got it. Clearly this company is running a scam to be missing in action when you return the truck so they can fraudulently charge you fees if you have no evidence to prove otherwise. I ended up calling U-Haul main customer service and am getting a refund of my $10, but this place should definitely be investigated for the scam they are running.

Can't think of anything, your customer support is everything it should be which is why I'll always return, from the moment I rang and they acknowledged who I was from previous rentals and my email, to the patience shown me here in my Miami district. My Cargo Van was ready when I arrived although I was one hour late.

Truck smelled like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes, and was infested with baby roaches. The uhaul attendant made me wait over 30min to retrieve the truck, then had to wait over an hr for him to come back from a lunch or break when I wanted to return the truck after the cockroach infestation was discovered. Overall terrible experience

Not locations fault but uhaul 24/7 not available here and had to wait 30 mins for place to open despite 730 reservation then charged 48 bucks for refueling when I filled up at the location (location is a gas station for Christ sake)

I booked a 10’ truck to be picked up at 6 am. When I made the reservation it said that I will check in through the app in order to pick up the truck before the location opened since it opened at 8: 00 am. When I got there at 6 am, I was unable to start the pick up process through the app since it said that I had to wait until the location opens. In fact the gas station was open and the server told me that she needed the key number which was given once the pick process was completed trough the app, otherwise she could not give me the keys, but the app did not let me do it. After all ,I waited till 8 am and I tried to open my pick up in the app and surprisingly it said “ it looks like a piece of equipment was not assigned to your reservation get assistance”. I mean, after waiting 2 hours and I got that notification. It was super stressful. Anyways, I waited till 8:40 am when the u haul guy showed up and he told me that my reservation was scheduled at 8:30 am which made me really mad since I scheduled at 6 am. I had many issues for this almost 3 hours delay to complete my move. Definitely a 1 star experience.

The guy that works there Omar Carlo is a rude and obnoxious individual. My reservation was for 8am, he yelled at me when I said good morning im here to pick up a reserved van and said he doesn't open till 830 and U HAUL is a terrible company who doesn't know his hours (walks away). Because there is ZERO phone service at that location I had trouble contacting a uhaul rep with my phone when I told him he walked away from me again saying it was all through the app. (Had to walk home to call CS) When I pointed out unmarked damage on the roof of the van he told me to take a picture it's not his problem, and he had no (x) stickers (I have video). Overall I got U haul to give me the correct van and I got my work done but the experience at that location made me not want to use U haul again..

the van had no way to monitor miles. all indicators for mileage used are hidden. at the end, the total mileage submitted by the station manager seemed higher by 20% than what I actually used. The dame for gas; it appeared to me that the final charge for gas exceeded the cost of replacing gas to the level that I found the van -- after I had added gas before returning the van.

I am very surprised and unhappy that a one day rental is $100 almost one dollar per mile is outrageously steep and I will not be using your services again. I can rent a truck or van online for half the price for the day including gas and insurance. There are also apps now that specialize in rentals by the hour and day that are lol inclusive for bout half what I spent yesterday. If I return before the 24 hours I have no incentive bc the price is the same when it should be cheaper if I return it sooner. Thank you! Sincerely, Claudia Santos

I had made an online reservation to pick up cargo van at 8:30am. Per your website I was going to be given access to van via a web-unlock-process. I showed up to the location at 8:25am and when I accessed the web-site to unlock the van, I received a message that no vehicle was available and I was provided a local number to call. I called the number four times without anyone answering. I spoke to a UHaul employee on site who told me that he had to log in the vans before he could assign me one. I called your customer care line and after being on hold for ten minutes, I was told by the representative that my reservation was showing for 9am in the system and she could not explain why. Throughout all of this, not a single U-Haul employee apologized for the misinformation provided via your website or the inconvenience caused to me. I was able to get a van approximately 20 minutes after my reserved time. Moving forward I will be looking for alternative truck/van rental companies when the need arises.

the truck provided had issues with the starter that the store knew about and still rented to me, the truck broke down on the move. worst experience, never using your services again. When I called to get help they explained they had known about this but someone was on the way to help, we waited over an hour to get someone to come and help us, I arrived late to the place I had to move and was fined to move in my things later than the agreed elevator time allocated for my move.
