MARIA H.This experience was less than pleasant, first of all when we arrived to the location the guy was not there we had to wait for him to rent the truck, when we left hr said text me and I will text you back the code for the gate to drop the key. When we got to the location at 8 we waited for 1hr texting, calling this guy and never picked up the calls. So unprofessional for him to leave us there in a industrial district at 9 pm... We finally called corporate and gave us instructions of where to leave the key. Never again will used this location.

Donald J.I had to pick up truck and go 4 miles down the street to pick up car Dolly, when I showed up. The car Dolly was not there. I had to wait, for the guy who had it before me. Then I was good to go. I did not have a great morning needles to say. I had people waiting for the U-Haul to help load. That experience alone was terrible.
ERIC D.iPhone provides apple maps so we used this to guide us to Garfield Xpress, but it led us to an entrance which had a gate and was locked. We were stuck in front of a closed gate for about 20 minutes. It was very difficult getting out of that since we had no right side or rear view mirror. Once we walked beyond the locked gate, there was an area with other uhauls and a sign with a number on it. There were NO personnel there to assist or guide us. It was extremely stressful driving to the opposite entrance. Once I got a hold of uhaul personnel, they told me to just “drop the keys in the orange binâ€. That's it…. But on the orange bin it stated we had to drop off our signed agreement as well. We had to go and find that. The personnel gave me misinformation and seemed bothered by me contacting them. I will NEVER use uhaul again.
