The back of the van was full of mud. Also, the inside cabin was full of mud. That made my trip longer than expected, with having to use other items to transport before I can make my trip. I had to spend extra time cleaning and organizing the van before I could even start loading my belongings. It was frustrating to deal with the mess, but I knew I had to get everything sorted out before hitting the road. After a lot of hard work and effort, I finally managed to clear out the mud and get everything in place. With a sigh of relief, I was finally able to start my journey, hoping that the rest of the trip would go smoothly.
Maurice MurrowThis dealer is on a gas station. The place is well illuminated and somewhat decent. But, my complain is that on U-Hauls and Google Maps the schedule said it was open, I arrived 2 hours before the closing and there was absolutely nobody there. On top of that, they check my return time at the time they realized the truck was there causing an extra day charge. U-Haul customer service was kind enough to hear and understand my case issuing me a refund for that extra day. Wouldn't rent again from this place.

JERRY VANNCustomer agent at store charged me for supplies I didn't use. I asked if I could return the vehicle early and he didn't explain the whole process to me. He explained nothing. The charged me over for the gas. Will never use uhaul again. Upper Marlboro is terrible location. I will be to share my experience on social media as well. Customer agents lack good customer service skill.

I won't be using U hual again after this experience, my truck was ready 4 hours later than I booked and had no working AC and needed an oil change months ago.
Alexander VabskiverThe truck itself was in pretty bad shape. And the ramp was only about 8 feet long. For a 26 foot truck. It made for a hard move. The angle of the ramp was very steep and could have resulted in injury.

Avila LewisWindshield on van was broken, I was charged $20 for after service hours when I dropped the keys off in two hours of taking the van, man tried to sell me insurance and was condescending about me having to cover costs if I damaged the vehicle. Location is just a small gas station that is difficult to get to with a couple trucks on the side not well labeled. Would not go here again.

Thomas KookenCustomer service lied and stated that were giving me extra mileage due to the distance I had to travel just to get to my pick up location that never happened. Secondly I tried to drop the truck off at one uhaul location they told me that they don't check in one way rentals, which caused me to drive and add more mileage on the truck
KELLY WILLIAMSAwesome experience, the van was new with less than 20k in miles. It ran perfectly and hauled what I need to pick up at the lumber yard. Also made two trips to the dump hauling off old carpet and no longer wanted items from storage. A+ would use them again.

JOHN KANEI was charged automatically for insurance that I did not request. I requested to have this charge removed. The store clerk told me that the charge was automatic, and I had told call a toll free number to have the charge removed. Other than that everything else went well.

Kathlene BabalolaThe 26 foot U-Haul truck has a very short ramp, making it too steep to get anything into the truck. As a result, one of my mover guys hurt his back because of the ramp too steep to get heavy furniture to load and unload into and out of the truck. The ramp should be longer so the slope is not too steep.

KENNETH PERRYBetter instructions on the drop off situation. Nobody was around to assist, I had to read and read, find the drop box which I wasn't informed and then I got charged an extra 90 dollars that hit my account two weeks later. Someone should have contacted me to explain the extra 90.

Keisha KingDid self checkout online. Still had to get the keys from inside and the tenant made me call corporate because I didn't have a reservation in the system before they released the keys. Was In the store 30 mins on the phone with Uhaul. This defeated the purpose of checking out online.
