Poor lady at the counter had to call the owner as she was "not allowed" to handle any U-Haul transactions. I had an 8am pick up scheduled. When she got the owner on the line, she handed the phone to me and I had to get the info via phone conversation. The owner tried to charge me again even though I had prepaid on line. Just not a smooth, professional experience.Michael S.
Only issue was that I dropped the trailer back off two hours later on Friday, Feb. 18th and on Sunday, Feb. 20th I get a message that I did not return the equipment. I went inside and a lady took me out and checked that I indeed had dropped off the trailer.christopher M.

The owners of the Uhaul locations in and around this area are rude, money hungry and serve themselves before the customer. I've never had so much trouble with Uhaul before.Edith K.
The girls at counter were rude and we were in the way from the customers. There were no customers in line. We were handed a phone to rent our trucks. Wanting me to say my credit card number and personnel business out loud while everyone in store could hear.TAMERA W.

Very rude woman answered the phone. The manager was nice. Someone Double charged my account. It took money out for my rent and I'm pissed. I need that money released. I've spoke to everyone up to corporate. I sent in proof of it too.Deeanna E.
The clerk, although was very friendly and tried to be helpful in between customers, knew absolutely nothing. Had to talk to the owner over the phone to get the transaction done. Got everything done in about 45 minutes.johnny B.

Not caring at all. Charged me for an extra day, and an extra day of insurance because I was a few minutes late dropping it off. Didnt fully inform me, just charged my card. Definitely would not recommend.CHRISTOPHER H.
I had to hitch up my trailer by myself. I'm 65 and I'm good health but could barely lift the trailer to my hitch. Asked one of the female grocery clerks to help by standing on the back of the trailer. I have rented several times over the years and have watched the agents hook me up, otherwise I would have no idea how to hook up the trailer correctly. Is that really how you want your customers to be serviced? Can you imagine someone hooking up the trailer incorrectly and have it come off on a freeway and kill someone?Gary H.

I gave it a excellent experience when I picked up truck. The owner of the store and cashier were very nice and professional. But dropping off the truck was a horrible experience. The cashier was a racist bitch. Excuse my language but that's how I would describe her. Very rude and unprofessional. Embarrassed me in front of police officers and customers. I will be notifying the owner about my experience. Would recommend this store but only if this person was not working there.ROBERT M.

It took awhile to find the correct personnel. The gas station worker wasn't exactly sure how take care of business, and I had to wait awhile for the person in charge to be found.Teri A.

We had to pay in advance. Then when we had trouble with the trailer, the dealer at the return location was not able to provide any compensation for the money/time we were out nor did he give us any way to submit a claim (phone number, address, email). (Although he did fillet a report)Richard G.

There is absolutely NO SERVICE at this location. It took me 1 hour to return the vehicle due to low service (I have ATT, which has pretty good service) this made my experience harder than it had to be and cost me a lot of time for something that was supposed to be easy.Miranda R.
