This location was a gas station with Uhauls on the side. The main guy that did the Uhaul check ins wasn't really available at the time that I scheduled the pick up (7:00 AM). I sat around waiting for him to show up for about an hour and a half before being helped by a virtual Uhaul employee.

Learn how run a professional business at places that are actually OPEN and have people there and not other random businesses that put a truck out front w uhaul sign !! Ridiculous!!! Never rent from uhaul again. It happened at pick up and at original drop Off place.

The drop-off location was non-existent on the map. U-Haul drop off locations should have more visible boards and markings on locations where we can be sure when pulling over that this is a U-Haul drop-off location. Moreover, when locations are non-existent or are no longer on the map or inaccessible, this information should be made available to us at the time of renting. Otherwise like me, others would incur $50 additional fee for returning at a different location.

Truck let water into cab and ruined two mattresses. I would think Uhaul should refund me some of my fee.

This location didn’t seem to know I was coming, had to do the paperwork over the phone with someone at there home.

First I was disappointed that the first location I chose called that morning to tell me that they could not fill my reservation and they redirected me 30 miles away to get the trailer. When I arrived at the convenience store the clerk had to call the owner who did not have my info. I had to provide my info again. When I checked the trailer the back was open and had many flattened boxes, a empty Monster can and some ashes from a small fire that someone tried to start inside. When I returned the unit the clerk told me I had to call Uhaul to let them know I had returned it. I called and waited on hold 20 minutes before disconnecting my call.

Customer service. Cashier laughed and said he can't help me call customer service. I told him that when I picked up the equipment up that I was checked in and asked why they couldn't return the equipment. I was told they could not check me in and were extremely hostile about it. I was told to call customer service to get checked in. I told the representative the situation. the representative asked to speak with the person(manager) and basically told the lady to get it returned. I was yelled at by the manager "just be fucking patient" were her exact words. Then was told to leave the store 2 seconds after she asked for my information. I did so. Returned equipment at 4pm didn't get a receipt until after 6. Cashier was very confrontational, put is finger in my face and said he could go all day. As I am outside the facility contacting customer service this cashier then comes outside and "stares me down" waving his hands as if to cause an altercation. These people appeared to be on drugs and have no business being in customer service role.

Poor lady at the counter had to call the owner as she was "not allowed" to handle any U-Haul transactions. I had an 8am pick up scheduled. When she got the owner on the line, she handed the phone to me and I had to get the info via phone conversation. The owner tried to charge me again even though I had prepaid on line. Just not a smooth, professional experience.

Only issue was that I dropped the trailer back off two hours later on Friday, Feb. 18th and on Sunday, Feb. 20th I get a message that I did not return the equipment. I went inside and a lady took me out and checked that I indeed had dropped off the trailer.

Girl at the front was very rude and unwilling to help. She spent the entire time I was there on her cell phone talking to her friends. Worst experience ever. Will never go back.

The owners of the Uhaul locations in and around this area are rude, money hungry and serve themselves before the customer. I've never had so much trouble with Uhaul before.

The girls at counter were rude and we were in the way from the customers. There were no customers in line. We were handed a phone to rent our trucks. Wanting me to say my credit card number and personnel business out loud while everyone in store could hear.

Very rude woman answered the phone. The manager was nice. Someone Double charged my account. It took money out for my rent and I'm pissed. I need that money released. I've spoke to everyone up to corporate. I sent in proof of it too.

The clerk, although was very friendly and tried to be helpful in between customers, knew absolutely nothing. Had to talk to the owner over the phone to get the transaction done. Got everything done in about 45 minutes.

Not caring at all. Charged me for an extra day, and an extra day of insurance because I was a few minutes late dropping it off. Didnt fully inform me, just charged my card. Definitely would not recommend.

I had to hitch up my trailer by myself. I'm 65 and I'm good health but could barely lift the trailer to my hitch. Asked one of the female grocery clerks to help by standing on the back of the trailer. I have rented several times over the years and have watched the agents hook me up, otherwise I would have no idea how to hook up the trailer correctly. Is that really how you want your customers to be serviced? Can you imagine someone hooking up the trailer incorrectly and have it come off on a freeway and kill someone?

I gave it a excellent experience when I picked up truck. The owner of the store and cashier were very nice and professional. But dropping off the truck was a horrible experience. The cashier was a racist bitch. Excuse my language but that's how I would describe her. Very rude and unprofessional. Embarrassed me in front of police officers and customers. I will be notifying the owner about my experience. Would recommend this store but only if this person was not working there.

We had to wait half an hour for the manager to show up to help us pick it up and we were on a time crunch... other than that it was great.

It took awhile to find the correct personnel. The gas station worker wasn't exactly sure how take care of business, and I had to wait awhile for the person in charge to be found.

We had to pay in advance. Then when we had trouble with the trailer, the dealer at the return location was not able to provide any compensation for the money/time we were out nor did he give us any way to submit a claim (phone number, address, email). (Although he did fillet a report)

Rather than just pointing me to where the rental should be parked, it would have been nice if the attendant had assisted me with unhooking the trailer.

There is absolutely NO SERVICE at this location. It took me 1 hour to return the vehicle due to low service (I have ATT, which has pretty good service) this made my experience harder than it had to be and cost me a lot of time for something that was supposed to be easy.
