The rental location was not the one that we selected as our preferred location. They changed it when they called to confirm pick up and equipment because they didn't have a 20ft truck available. So instead of driving 5 min we had to drive 20 with traffic to pick up our truck from a parking lot with an abandoned building with homeless huddled by our truck and laid out next to the key lock box. Do not use this pick up location and definitely don't use it alone

To much for miliege, I can't afford the extra 52 bucks, furthermore the truck was small and had a deisel engine. It's not fare.

Very easy to get and return

When shifting gears the gears are off. So when in drive the uhaul reads 3rd gear and so forth.

Dark, flickering flights, homeless people crowded around the key pickup box. The uhaul itself smelled like cigarettes and BO.

I OVER CHARGED. I BROUGHT THE TRUCK BACK WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF GAS BUT WAS STILL CHARGED $40 OVER. REFUND ME

Our regular U-Haul place didn't have the truck we needed so customer service called and asked if they could switch to this location. What they didn't mention was that is was a mobile pick up. You should communicate that to customers ahead of time as this isn't in a great part of town. I would have been better prepared with my license, stayed in the car for check in, made sure my location services was on, etc. I was going to take an uber but since it was so early at the last minute I had someone drive me, which thank goodness as I wouldn't necessarily have felt safe standing there doing the mobile check in by myself. Just a little feedback :)

With anything in life there's always room for improvement ; but the few times over the years I've used Uhaul, my experiences have been Above Par... Geez location is Awesome! He made the rental process quick and efficient. He was very candid about all fees and rules, was very kind and answered all my questions. I would Rent from Geez Location AGAIN if I needed to and I will also refer family and friends to rent a Uhaul Truck from this South Phoenix Store. Thanks Uhaul and Geez for helping to make my move that much less stressful. 

This place is just a retailer, with some Tow dolly, no trucks, and no supplies like wires for connections for the towing of the lights, I had to go to AutoZone to buy a connection to my RV wiring so it would work with U Haul wires. Not to convenient to drive somewhere else to get what I needed, especially when you are from another State. The customer service at this place is very nice, at least I can say they did assist me with what I needed. Thanks

This was the best rental truck experience; Service was on par if not better than any major car rental agency.

There was nowhere to leave the furniture dolly and other rented equipment. Or, if there was a place to leave it then it was not made clear. I walked around the building and looked everywhere but didn't know where to leave it except in the (unlocked) back of the rental truck.
