Guy S.I rented the trailer in Morehead and returned it to this rental location the same day and the owner said I would get credit for getting it back the same day! He said he would take care of this for me. He was not at the location only talked to him by phone. No one at business when I returned trailer. It was 400 pm when I returned rental that afternoon.

James D.The Uhaul website said the hours of operation were from 9am till 2pm. Come to find out, all the Uhaul sites in that area were closed on Saturday. I had to call the 1.800. Uhaul number to find out I could self- drop the trailer with the store being closed but only after calling the 800 number. It would have been nice to know what my options were up front instead of finding out the hard way. Uhaul… be more through with your information.
