Mary HThe inner cabinet could have been cleaner. Example: Wipe down of the seats and steering wheel. Otherwise the van was clear of any debris The van was easy to operate. The personnel was very professional and accommodating. I would certainly use this location again.

clyde cMy furniture pads were not in the vehicle (so I am owed $5) and when trying to upload during the checking process, the images wouldn't take. The truck was damaged and in desperate need of repair, so I am not certain why it was assigned when others were available but the steering definitely needs to be checked and the reason for the shaking. The gas was not filled and I returned it with the same level but that should have been addressed prior to assignment.

Leonardo SThe online/mobile check in process is a mess - took me longer to try and go through that process on my phone that it would have to check in in person at the location. If you're going to require additional forms of identification (like a passport?!) you should make that know before the customer is sitting in the parking lot of the rental facility. Thankfully the employee at this location was able to check my in in person and get me set up with my truck.
Nicole NFind your own movers….we went with the "Moving Help" through U-Haul and that was nothing but a joke. The night before the move Moving Forward Movers canceled and Moving Help couldn't find a replacement set of movers. NEVER USE JOSIAH JONES WITH MOVING FORWARD MOVERS….he will back out last minute and leave you hanging!!!!!!

Angelica CDear all, I am not happy to rent u-haul because of two things 1) I reserved 12 furniture pads for $10 (reserved it online), but the site still recharge an additional $5 without any explanation. 2) The u-haul vehicle has an additional utility dolly. Nobody says that it will charge it before I rented it. There is no sealing tag. Actually, the movers removed the utility dolly because they want to unload my furniture. Please refund $10: $5 for extra furniture pads and $5 for the unexpected utility dolly. Best regards, Wei Dai

Troy LYour store Manager has very little personality. He never greeted me when I arrived nor when I returned the vehicle. He made no attempt to smile at all. Inside the truck was clean but the back cargo area had an awful smell.

vaughn nThe truck had not been cleaned. The front of the truck had dead bugs from a cross country trip. The windshield could not even clean them. It was not until it rained that I was fully able to see out of the window.

vaughn nMy husband rented a truck from another location but they didn't have an appliance dolly. The clerk said he called around to other locations but couldn't find one. I drive down the street to your location and you had three of them.

Matthew JThey gave me a messed up truck . As soon as I got on the expressway the trucks check engine light comes on. I start to drive 2 hours away and the truck stops on me. The truck is smoking very bad . I finally make it to my destination and the whole truck breaks down. The uhaul roadside assistance takes forever to come help. When they made it they had to leave for a long time , they came back and said they finished the job and the truck was good to go. Truck still had check engine light and was working weird and scared me because I had my daughter in the truck with me.
