This person basically "phoned it in." When I had trouble with his padlock, he got angry that he might need to "drive 30 miles" to help me. Received no contract.

It's an arrangement location , lucky me it was dry ground. But it is quiet area not sweet for BUZ. Truck wasn't clean inside but it did the job
YVES DMy reservation was initially 5 minutes from my house. When I called the morning of the rental pickup, they did not have my reservation so I was told to call U-Haul, even though my email confirmation stated it. The only 15 foot rental you could find me was one hour away from my house! I was "compensated 40 miles" but it was a huge inconvenience for my family. I'm very disappointed with U-Haul services. When you make a reservation and receive a confirmation email, the truck should be at that location.
