Nikki was very helpful in supplying what I needed. I did not make a reservation, but the size truck was there and available. I only used it for a couple of hours, but that was sufficient for my needs.

The equipment had bugs in it. I drove to truck a total of 65 miles and the oil light came on. Leaked oil in my Customers drive way. Overall experience was Good because of were I rented the truck.

My son's car had overheated on the way home from college and was on the side of the road, I got off work got my truck and headed that way I pulled in at this location at 2 minutes before closing and they took all the time needed to meet my emergency and they have customer for lif because of it.

GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO RENT FROM THIS LOCATION ! We had issues that were from Uhaul and the wonderful folks here got on the phone and solved the problem. They care and will go out of their way to make sure you are good to go!

There was a lot of confusion surrounding our drop off date and the pricing. It took a lot longer and a lot of phone calls to resolve this to our satisfaction and what we had originally requested and been priced. We had our invoice which indicated the correct date of drop off and the pricing, but that's not the same info that the staff member had in her system. We were there about 30 minutes to get it corrected, which we thought was an excessive time.

This was my first time renting a unhaul and overall it was a positive experience. I wanted to leave the truck at my destination and the only negative was that there wasn't a smaller truck that I could do that with. I didn't really need the largest truck but that's the one we had to get.

The truck was dirty. Front cab was muddy the back wasnt even swept out. Not up to uHaul standards. I did a self check out and in, I disagreed with the final charges, took pictures and was charged doubled.

Contract had a different location written on it (and circled). Dropped trailer off went to office locked. Accessed Uhaul online pulled up contract saw different drop access. Called Uhaul spoke to someone who transferred me to perpetual ring gave up re-hooked trailer dropped off other site

No issues with the location other than my truck smelled like marijuana. But the 24/7 share is a pain and I will never use that service again. I've been double charged and U-Haul says that I have not but it's a hold, my bank says it's not a hold but I've been charged twice. So now I've had to submit a claim with my bank due to U-Haul not trying to resolve the issue. NEVER AGAIN!
