Nothing needs to be done. The truck was extremely clean and the process was seamless.
Okima SEnsure vehicles are 1 000 % clean. I know it's not going to be perfect. However, I saw cigarette ash inside the drivers tray. Nonetheless, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

MEAGEN WAll is well. Just the parking is the issue for picking up the truck and dropping off. But overall I truly was impressed of the service I received. Compared to a few other locations I've used. This Store gets a Big '10'

TRESSIE PI may be a bit old fashioned. Maybe I didn't fully expect the process and am still adjusting to the process. Because of the window or time limit I faced added pressure and there was no comfort or understanding as I was rushing to comply.
Dirar WThe guy that assisted me was amazing! He was much more helpful than the guy on the phone. My rental was supposed to be self checkin, but I was flagged for having an out-of-state drivers license. I had just moved to the area and put some things in storage until I found housing. Once I purchased a home I needed a truck to move. (DMV would not allow me to get a license without proof of residents). The person on the phone was oblivious and didn't care. The gentleman in the store was human!

The return process for my after-hours return was a small challenge for my non-techy self, but it was met with the help of a female agent when I called the number as instructed.

MANDISHA HThe services at the location was friendly, efficient, and professional. They informed us of any hidden costs and helped gave thorough info in using the truck. The only complaint I have is the uhaul website. It was not working properly when we dropped off our truck and it took 45 mins just to navigate the drop off process because we kept receding error messages on the webpage.
