The unit was due oil change. There was sticky stuff on the cup holder area and the inside needed some form of wiping down. Outside was dirty but didn't bother me. Just couldn't tell damage.

Got charged a cleaning fee but the truck was immaculate when dropped off. Realizing I forgot a Bluetooth speaker in the cab, I called during business hours to see if they had found it, and they hadn't but offered for me to come look for it. It was indeed in the cab and I retrieved it. I'm curious how I could be charged for a cleaning fee when they clearly didn't check it over enough to find a Bluetooth speaker, but they somehow found other sufficient debris to consider it dirty? Returned it early, clean, and with full gas, but still charged a cleaning fee when something as obvious as a speaker went unnoticed. The $25 fee won't break me enough to fight it, but I feel like they just wanted more money. Not a place I would likely want to do business with again.
