The vehicle had break issues, tire pressure issues, was dirty, not full on fuel and I had to go to 3 different locations to finally get the keys to a truck because 2 locations were unoccupied by someone who could help and the 3rd location was 30 minutes out of my way. I've used uhaul before and had great experiences. This time though, was far from good.

Convenient location and friendly staff. The only thing to critique (not the fault of the supplier) however I wish the drop-off was a quicker and easier experience. Took me an average of 20-30 minutes to get through all the check out prompts.

Timothy DLarry always takes good care of his customers. We have used uhaul in Galeton PA numberous times. My father passed away and we have had to move his stuff to Michigan where I live.
